Join us for a once in a life-time experience and dive into the holy vibrations of this town of yogis, ashrams, and saints. The trip includes a primer on Vastu - The Indian Science of Dwelling. Rishikesh is a delight for the spiritually-inclined, and holds a lot of importance for Hindu pilgrims as the point from where the journey to the Char Dhams (four sacred spots) begins. It is an ideal spot for pilgrimages and adventure tourism.

A large number of Ashrams surround Rishikesh. Life is centred around the river, as will be our visit. Divine Mother in the form of Ma Ganga will inspire us and be a reminder of the divine flow within.

We\\\\\\\'ll meditate in the homes, ashrams, and caves where self-realised yogis - have lived in the past. We\\\\\\\'ll also visit a spiritual teacher. There will be free time to explore your own relationship with this fascinating and powerful place.

We will also visit the Parmarth Ashram for the evening aarti.

Retreat Activities
We will meditate together as a group and tap into the energies of the places where self-realized yogis have lived in the past. We will also visit spiritual gurus residing there today, and will spend time exploring our connections with these highly energized places.

Meditation & Astro Vastu Programs
Our retreats are not affiliated with any particular path or faith. During the retreat we would be discussing the science of breath and how the mind and the breath are interlinked. We will learn a basic technique of Ajaapa Dhyan, which though is basic but very powerful in controlling the mind. We will also learn some basic stress management techniques.

The AstroVastu Program will touch upon the basics of the science of Vastu and Vedic Astrology and how the planets are linked to our dwelling places. We will learn some basic techniques to balance the key energies of the house and to rectify small defects in the dwelling place.
