Day 1 Madurai Arrival – Thekkady (150 Kms / 03 Hrs 45 Mins)

Periyar Lake

On Arrival Pickup from Madurai and drive to Thekkady; on arrival check in to the hotel (Early Check in Subject to Availability). After Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady - one of the world's most fascinating wild life reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Overnight stay is arranged in Thekkady.

Day 2 Thekkady - Gavi (45 Kms / 01 Hr 30 Mins) – Vagamon (70 Kms / 02 Hrs 30 Mins)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Vagamon. Enroute visit Gavi forest (jeep by Own). Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 Vagamon – Madurai (190 Kms / 05 Hrs) Departure

At Vagamon A day to explore more in and around in Vagamon The chain of three hills - Thangal Hill, Murugan Hill and Kurisumala - is a mark of religious harmony. The dairy farm managed by the Kurisumala monks is worth a visit. The breeding centre of the Kerala Live Stock Board is also located here. This place would make you come back again and again. Later Evening Drive to Madurai. Drop at Madurai.
