Day 1

DAY 1: Arrival at Port Blair – After Lunch Visit Cellular Jail, Corbyn’s Cove Beach and Light & Sound show

Cellular Jail

Our escorts will receive you at airport and then after a short introduction take you to the hotel, after check-in and once you are done with you lunch, we will take a tour to Corbyn’s Cove beach,(Corbyn's Cove is located just 8 km away from the main city of Port Blair, the Capital Of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Its prominent location gives easy access to many beach activities, like water sports, beach walks, swimming, or just lying on the sand while watching the magnificent view). Than the historic cellular jail which will be followed by the light and sound show. (Cellular Jail is also known as Kalapani it is a memorial of Freedom Fighters, the history & migration to these archipelago revolves around this monumental architecture, once you finish taking the tour just after a gap of half an hour, you will witness the light & sound show, like any other light & sound it’s a narration of the story of the jail through light & sound) day end here back to the hotel, Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 2

DAY 2 : Port Blair to Havelock Transfer by cruise – Visit Kalapather + Radhanagar Beach.

By Morning Ferry transfer to Havelock the cruise departs a bit early in the morning so you have to report an hour early of your departure time. After reaching Havelock Island our escort will be standing outside the harbor with a name tag. Then proceed to your respective hotel and then plan your day, After check-in you can visit to KalapatharBeach : Kalapathar Beach is a popular beach of Havelock Island. It's located at the tip of the island, named after the nearby village of Kalapathar. The beach is known for its white sand, black rocks, turquoise water, and lush green forest. Probably post lunch for Radhanagarbeach : Radhanagar Beach is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Asia. It attracts huge tourism due to its awe striking beauty and is also titled as the 7th most beautiful beach in the world. Radhanagar beach is a treat to watch during sunset. Overnight stay at Havelock.

Day 3

DAY 3 : Excursion to Elephenta Beach by speed Boat – (Complimentary Snorkeling) + Havelock to Neil Island

By Speed Boat Transfer to Elephenta beach for Water adventure. You can reach the beach from the main jetty which is approximately 20 minutes by boat from the Havelock Island dock. Elephanta Beach is white sandy coastline in south east of Havelock island with green blue amazing clear water good coral reefs . Elephant beach is a activity beach lots of option for water sport and activity like snorkeling, sea walk etc . Speed boats are the easiest way to reach elephant beach since there is no road linking havelock jetty to elephant beach. Evening transfer to Neil Island by ferry.Overnight stay at Neil Island.

Early morning departure to Neil Island by Speed ferry (44kms by sea reachable by ferry).Visit the Bharatpur beach and see the Natural Bridge and Laxmanpur beach, Bharatpur Beach has coral reefs teeming with tropical fish. Laxmanpur Beach is known for its sunset views. Howrah Bridge is a natural rock formation accessible at low tide. Evening transfer to Port Blair by ferry.Overnight stay at Port Blair.

• No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or Private ferry tickets, if already purchased.
• Any expense arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, political disturbances, VIP movement, bad weather, strikes etc.) is not included that should be paid by the guest itself.
• Any dispute regarding child age to be settled directly with hotels.
• Expenses incurred due to flight delay or cancellations, ferry delay or cancellation to be paid by guest as per actual.
• A Compulsory Additional supplement charge for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve celebration (24th Dec, 25th Dec, & 31st Dec in Every years) Extra as per hotel policy.
• Full ferry ticket charges are applicable for kids above 12 months.
• The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only and subject to change without any prior notice. Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy apply as per mention in invoice.
• Port Blair to Havelock & Neil Transfer by private Cruise. Kindly note if private ferry is not operational or unavailable of seat at the time of booking then Passengers will be proceed by Govt. Ferry as an alternate option.
• We are not responsible incase of any cancellation of ferry subject to weather conditions or any other reason, but if the ferry will refund then we will refund same.
• In case of elephant beach is not operational then the clients will be provided with alternate tour either to Kalapathar beach or Radhanagar beach no refund will be initiated. (Elephanta trip is depends upon weather condition and govt. clearance)
• And in case Ross &Northbay Island is not operational then the clients will be provided with alternate tour at Port Blair no refund will be initiated. (Ross &Northbay Island is also depends on weather condition and govt. clearance)
• In case of any sightseeing as per mentioned itinerary is not operational due to any reason then will provide alternative tour there will be no refund.
• Additional usage of vehicle will be charged extra, because vehicle will be on point to point basis and not at disposal basis.
• All the booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and depends on the availability of hotels mentioned at the time of booking confirmation. Once we received your payment we will proceed the booking.
• In case of non availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, then we will communicate with you and will give you different options and the cost of package will increase or decrease depends on the hotels and the room category selected by you and also there will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your concern.
• Confirmation Voucher will be provided after 50% of payment done, we will share the confirmation voucher within 03 working days.
• If you missed any of the inclusions for example accommodation, sightseeing, water sports, cruise etc. then it will not refund to you.
• All the sightseeing mentioned in itinerary are depends on weather conditions. We are not responsible for any changes in ferry. If ferry cancelled due to any of the following reason i.e. bad weather, technical faults etc. we will arrange an alternate tour at Port Bair. (Sailing of ferry absolutely depends on weather conditions)
• Hotels do not provide any refund if your rooms are cancelled due to non-sailing caused by bad weather or any technical issues or any governmental issues. We can arrange your alternative accommodation if you are ready to pay for the same.
• During your trip you should follow the instructions & timing assigned you by our tour coordinator to provide you a better service. If you are late for any reasons, then you are taking the responsibility if ferry is missed or sightseeing point is closed anything happens due to the same. Still you have any doubt regarding the trip, you can clear it with our tour coordinator over phone or personally.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. And also on the arrival day till evening you should pay the full remaining amount of your package to the assigned person & should inform to your concerned representative for smooth operation of your trip.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

• After confirmation of any tour Package request: - 50% of tour package cost required to immediately holding all the respective services.
• On the arrival day by evening the remaining: - 50% of tour package cost required.
• Payment should be done through UPI, net banking, etc and on arrival we will accept cash as well. We will not accept cheque payment.
• All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details.
• Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
• We will not entertain any credit facility.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

• All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
• Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – 10% of tour fare charge.
• Any cancellation between 45 – 31 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge.
• Any cancellation between 30 – 16 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge.
• Any cancellation less than 14 Days to arrival date: 100% of tour fare charges.
• No refunds for unused nights or early check-out in hotels.
• No refund for the bookings made for 15 December to 15 January.
• Extra supplement cost @ 25% is applicable from 15 Dec. – 15 Jan.
