Day 1 Transfer From Bhuj To Rann Utsav

Check-in time: 12:30 PM Transfer from Bhuj to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo on fixed timings: 08:15 AM : From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 10:00 AM : From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 01:30 PM : From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 03:30 PM : From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj The above timings are for fixed departures and are subject to change. No complimentary transfers will be available after the above timings. Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable). Tent allotment for guests arriving before the check-in time will be subject to availability. The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo, is 85 km (approx), which takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Arrival at Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo from Bhuj 12:30 PM : Onwards Warm welcome and check-in 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM : Enjoy a delicious lunch at the respective dining area 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM : Leisure time/Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch Craft and many others. 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM : High tea at the respective dining area 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM : Visit the Sunset Point and the breathtaking White Rann to witness the grandeur of the setting sun. Transfers will be arranged by bus, camel cart, or a combination of both for a truly memorable experience. 07:00 PM to 07:30 PM : Return to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM : Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the respective dining area 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM : Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the cultural activity area

Day 2 Departure

06:00 AM to 06:30 AM : Morning tea 06:30 AM to 07:30 AM : Experience a rejuvenating yoga session at the dedicated area 07:30 AM to 09:30 AM : Breakfast at the respective dining area 09:30 AM : Onwards Check-out with happy memories 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM : Complimentary sightseeing at Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj, for 2 hours (approx) It Extends homage to the almost 13,000 victims of the massive Gujarat earthquake of 2001. Located a top Bhujia Hill in the State of Gujarat, the memorial spans an impressive 170 acres on the historically significant Bhujiyo Dungar. (It will be closed on every Monday)

(Dholavira). [All transfers shall be in A.C. Coaches on S.I.C. basis] (As timings mentioned in
attachment).
Drop from Dholavira to Bhuj [Railway Station/Airport],
1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and
Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas
and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
Guest who have missed the visit as per Itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable
basis.
Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.

GST if not mentioned in the Inclusions
All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video
camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad
weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. We will do the needful as per Hotel / Flight / Transportation policy.
Note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Flight/Transportaion and season/off season time.
We are not doing any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
Different Govt or local bodies have various road / trafic / Parking rules. So, according to that our vehicle will drive you till wherever it is possible. The further way should be travelled by own arrangements.
In case of natural calamities (rain fall, snow fall, tsunami, cyclone, earth quake, flood, land slide etc) or uncertain events (strikes, riots, accidents, road blockage, flight delay or cancelation) , the additional cost for transportaion or hotel etc. will bw bourne by traveler only.
