2- Day Experience Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater safari

After an early breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, you will depart with your professional safari guide and drive to Tarangire National Park, arriving in time for an exciting morning game drive. Tarangire is well known for its large herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife including giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, lions, and a wide variety of bird species. You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park at a designated picnic site while taking in the beautiful surroundings. In the afternoon, continue with a game drive, exploring different areas of the park along the Tarangire River, which attracts many animals throughout the day. Later in the afternoon, you will proceed to your lodge or tented camp for check-in, dinner, and an overnight stay, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the African wilderness.

After an early breakfast at your lodge, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater with your safari guide. Upon arrival, you will descend 600 meters into the Crater floor for a memorable game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most unique wildlife areas in the world, home to a high concentration of animals including elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and the rare black rhinoceros. You will enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic picnic site inside the Crater, often near a hippo pool, while observing wildlife in their natural habitat. After lunch, you will continue with a short game drive before ascending the Crater rim. Later in the afternoon, you will drive to your onward destination, with drop-off at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) / Arusha Airport or your hotel in Arusha / Moshi, depending on your travel arrangements.
