Fly from Zanzibar to Manyara Airstrip with arrival around 9:55 AM where you will be met by a private safari guide and proceed directly to Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy lunch en route or inside the crater, spend the afternoon descending into the crater for a game drive to seek elephants, buffalo, hippos, lions and the rare black rhino within this UNESCO World Heritage Site, then transfer to accommodation in Karatu or on the crater rim for evening and dinner. On day two have breakfast at the lodge, check out, drive to Manyara Airstrip with possible stops at local curio shops, and board the return flight to Zanzibar departing at 12:00 HRS.
Upon departure from Zanzibar at 8:00 AM, you will arrive at Manyara Airstrip at approximately 9:55 AM where you will be welcomed by your private safari guide. After a brief introduction you will begin the journey directly to the Ngorongoro Crater. Lunch boxes can be provided and enjoyed either en route at designated picnic sites or inside the crater at special areas reserved for this purpose. Spend the afternoon descending into the crater for a thrilling game drive with opportunities to encounter elephants, buffalo, hippos, lions and the rare black rhino inside this UNESCO World Heritage Site. As the sun sets you will be transferred to your chosen accommodation in Karatu or on the crater rim for a relaxed evening and dinner.
Rise early and enjoy breakfast at your lodge in Karatu, then check out and drive with your private safari guide towards Manyara Airstrip for the return flight to Zanzibar. Along the route you may stop at local curio shops or artisan markets to browse and purchase souvenirs, handicrafts or artwork. Upon arrival at Manyara Airstrip board the flight departing at 12:00 HRS which concludes the Ngorongoro safari experience.

Terms and Conditions
1 Booking Policy
• A deposit of 30% is required to secure your safari booking. This deposit is used to reserve hotel rooms, lodges, and campsites, which often have limited availability and require upfront payment.
• The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari start date.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Ngorongoro Twin Peaks Expeditions Limited.
2 Payment Terms
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money.
• All transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
3 Cancellations and/or Refunds
• 61+ days before departure: Deposit non refundable.
• 0–61 days before departure: 100% of the itinerary cost.
• Exceptions apply if the traveler cancels due to substantial changes proposed by the company or unavoidable/unforeseeable circumstances at the destination.
• For third party services (e.g., vehicle rental, flights, lodges), their terms and conditions also apply.
4 Liability Disclaimer
• Ngorongoro Twin Peaks Expeditions Limited is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather, strikes, government actions).
• Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and personal belongings.
• Participation in safaris is at the client’s own risk; guests must follow safety instructions provided by guides at all times.
5 Health and Safety
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and possess required vaccinations.
• The company reserves the right to refuse participation if health or safety concerns arise.

In case of serious illness, injury, or security threats, Global Rescue offers medical and security evacuation, field rescue, and repatriation services. Membership ensures that travelers have immediate access to expert teams including physicians, paramedics, and veteran rescue specialists. All rescue and evacuation services are included in membership cost, no deductibles, co pay, or claim forms.
6 Force Majeure
• The company reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics.
• In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7 Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
• Any disputes shall be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
