This 5 day 4 night safari covers Tarangire National Park, the Ngorongoro Crater and the Ndutu calving grounds. Guests arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and are met by a private safari guide before transferring to Tarangire for game drives among baobab forests and river valleys. The itinerary includes a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater to track the Big Five with meals inside the crater, then continues to Ndutu to experience the Great Migration calving season with sunrise and sunset game drives, off road predator tracking, birdwatching and optional cultural visits. Accommodation options are available across Budget, Standard and High End categories. The safari includes transport for game drives and transfers, park fees, a professional safari guide and accommodation.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you are welcomed by your private safari guide who holds a sign with your name. After a brief introduction you begin the road transfer directly to Tarangire National Park. In Tarangire explore iconic baobab forests and river valleys that are home to large elephant herds, giraffes, lions and migratory birds. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild before continuing the afternoon game drive. In the evening unwind at your chosen accommodation across Budget, Standard or High End options for a relaxed dinner and overnight stay.
Rise early and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's most biodiverse wildlife arenas. Spend the day tracking the Big Five across lush grasslands and soda lakes with opportunities to spot black rhino, lions, elephants and flamingos. Breakfast and lunch are enjoyed inside the crater while the guide provides expert insights into this UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the game drive in Ngorongoro continue the journey to Ndutu for the next chapter of the safari, with evening relaxation at hand picked properties offering Budget, Standard or High End options.
Experience Ndutu at the heart of the Great Migration calving grounds. From December to March thousands of wildebeest give birth across the short grass plains. Begin the day with a sunrise game drive to witness newborn calves taking their first steps while predators such as lions, cheetahs and hyenas are often nearby. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild then return to your camp or lodge for a fireside dinner under the stars. Accommodation is tailored to your chosen level of Budget, Standard or High End.
Embark on a full day safari across the Ndutu woodlands and open plains where off road driving is permitted, allowing close up views of predator prey interactions. Track cheetahs, leopards and hyenas as they navigate the calving herds. Participate in a range of activities during the calving season including sunrise and sunset game drives, bush breakfasts, guided walking safaris subject to ranger availability, birdwatching around Lake Ndutu and Lake Masek, photography sessions and optional Maasai cultural visits. Return to camp or lodge for a relaxed evening and storytelling around the fire.
Enjoy a final sunrise game drive across the Ndutu plains taking in golden light and last glimpses of the migration. After breakfast begin the return journey back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport. The transfer may include optional stops at artisan markets or scenic viewpoints along the way before onward onward travel or departure.

Terms and Conditions
1 Booking Policy
• A deposit of 30% is required to secure your safari booking. This deposit is used to reserve hotel rooms, lodges, and campsites, which often have limited availability and require upfront payment.
• The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari start date.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Ngorongoro Twin Peaks Expeditions Limited.
2 Payment Terms
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money.
• All transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
3 Cancellations and/or Refunds
• 61+ days before departure: Deposit non refundable.
• 0–61 days before departure: 100% of the itinerary cost.
• Exceptions apply if the traveler cancels due to substantial changes proposed by the company or unavoidable/unforeseeable circumstances at the destination.
• For third party services (e.g., vehicle rental, flights, lodges), their terms and conditions also apply.
4 Liability Disclaimer
• Ngorongoro Twin Peaks Expeditions Limited is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather, strikes, government actions).
• Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and personal belongings.
• Participation in safaris is at the client’s own risk; guests must follow safety instructions provided by guides at all times.
5 Health and Safety
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and possess required vaccinations.
• The company reserves the right to refuse participation if health or safety concerns arise.
• Ngorongoro Twin Peaks Expeditions Limited is a partner of Global Rescue. Global Rescue provides 24/7/365 access to medical advisory services, emergency guidance, and telehealth support. In case of serious illness, injury, or security threats, Global Rescue offers medical and security evacuation, field rescue, and repatriation services. Membership ensures that travelers have immediate access to expert teams including physicians, paramedics, and veteran rescue specialists. All rescue and evacuation services are included in membership cost, no deductibles, co pay, or claim forms.
6 Force Majeure
• The company reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics.
• In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case by case basis.
7 Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
• Any disputes shall be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
