EXCLUSIONS
Cable car ticket is not included anywhere and cable car is not included in any city.
These cable car points are not included in package Bhatta Falls, Nanital, Kempty Falls, Gun hill point, Jakhoo Temple, Auli Cable car, Haridwar etc.
Bhatta falls is reachable by Cable car only and that can be purchase directly. Cable car is not included
Boat ride at any city or Hill station is not included.
Jeep Safari is not included if not mentioned in Inclusions.
A/C don Delhi Notest work in vehicle at Hill stations if need A/C at Hill stations in vehicle then guest need to pay extra charges directly to the driver on per day basis.
NOTES:
All services remain subject to the availability at the time of confirmation.
Please make payment from Current account only not saving account.
Guests need to get back to the hotel till evening 6 Pm at all destinations after that extra charges will be applicable for vehicles.
Guest need to leave the hotel at 08 am on the last day to avoid overnight driver charges.
You are requested to check the hotel category on your own, we are not responsible for any star category of Hotel/Resort.
Rishikesh sightseeing is done by walking, our Vehicle will drop guest at Khara strot parking and from there guest need to take Auto on own till Ram Jhula followed by walking tour of Rishikesh & auto back on own till parking.
Haridwar tour is done on own by walking.
If you are booking Innova, please note that the Vehicle Model will be 2014 or older than that. Innova crysta can be booked at Supplement cost and the same remains subject to availability at the time of booking.
If Road is Blocked in any city in Hill station or at any tourist point due to Snowfall then guests need to pay directly for the 4x4 Vehicle or snow vehicle to reach it's destination.
If guest is unable to visit any tourist point mentioned in Itinerary/Inclusion due to road blockage or due to Natural climate or due to heavy snowfall etc then there will be no refund for the sightseeing points missed.
Jeep safari can only accommodate 06 guests, If more than 06 guests please book extra Jeep.
Above sightseeing rates are valid when visiting them by the vehicle that is included from Day 1. If due to snowfall our vehicle is not able to reach the tourist point mentioned in itinerary/inclusion then guest may visit that point by paying extra on the spot for 4x4 Vehicle / Chained Vehicle / Snow Vehicle.
Monument close day Taj Mahal Agra: Friday Close, Delhi: (Akshardham, Red Fort: Monday close) Hauz Khas Village: Sunday close
Any chained / Snow Vehicle / 4 x 4 vehicle is not included in the above package cost
Budget and 3* hotels charge extra for Heating in winter at Hill stations and same is not included in above cost.
Some Budget and 3* hotels at Hill station charge extra for Non Veg. Kindly check for non veg meals inclusions on query to query basis.
Tips not included.
Payment required as per below payment policy, Failure to make payment as per below payment policy at any given point your booking will be auto canceled without prior information and all the advance amount paid against the booking will be charged as per cancellation policy.
All given rates are based on specific pax, any changes in the same will affect the prices.
If any charges occur due to Natural disaster/Political disturbance/Change in rule regulation by govt or things that are beyond our control then guest need to pay for the same directly.
