Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

HARIDWAR – RISHIKESH (41.4km by road 2-3hrs)

Pickup from Haridwar to Shivpuri Rishikesh campsite . At noon, arrival at Camps / Cottages, Rishikesh. Welcome drinks would be served, then, it would be safety briefings and allocation of Cottages then followed by lunch. After lunch, you can go for sightseeing or you can take rest in cottages. In the evening, tea/coffee & cookies followed by camp site. After dark, bonfire, snacks & Dinner. Then, Overnight at the camp.

Day 2

RIVER RAFTING ON THE GANGES & CHECKOUT. THEN TREVAL TO KANATAL. (71km by road 4-5hrs)

Upon finishing breakfast, You check/Out from campsite & leave for river rafting.
TOUR TERMINATES AFTER BREAKFAST/ RIVER RAFTING
After rafting we will travel to our next location Dhanaulti / Kanatal campsite .At Evening, arrival at Camps site. Welcome drinks would be served, then, it would be safety briefings and allocation of Cottages then followed by lunch. After lunch, you can go for sightseeing or you can take rest in cottages. In the evening, tea/coffee & cookies followed by camp site. After dark, bonfire, snacks & Dinner. Then, Overnight at the camp.

Day 3

ACTIVITIY DAY

Upon finishing breakfast we will go for activities like Zipline, Sky Cycle, Gaint Swing, Sky Bridge
Then we will back to our campsite for lunch. After lunch, you can go for a short Trek codia forest or you can take rest in cottages. In the evening, tea/coffee & cookies followed by camp site. After dark, bonfire, music snacks & Dinner. Then, Overnight at the camp.

DHANAULTI - HARIDWAR ( 78.6km by road 4-5hrs)

Return to Haridwar

CONDITIONS

Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination.
Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms. In Chardham sector maximum hotels are preferring 12:00 Noon Check in & check out timing.
Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives. Specially for the Kedarnath Badrinath sector Ac can work only in Haridwar Dehradun plain / surface area. It is highly depending on the package you have opted.
All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination
Any cancellation or delay in hotel check in due to third party services (like helicopter / pony / palaki), the retention will be charged. The next allocation for the hotels on same destination is subject to the availabilities.
Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.

Payments Policy

50% of the total billing amount to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
25% of the total billing amount to be paid 30 days prior to the travel date.
Balance 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.
In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel 75% of the amount to be paid at the time of confirmation and if the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled 60-30 Days prior to date of arrival - 25% of the total bill will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled 29 charged.
If the booking is cancelled 15 Days le be charged.

Note

above cancellation policy only applicable for all packages without flights. In case any flights cost incurred in the package flight cancellation will be applicable as per airlines policy We hope you will find the program in order and the cost me you require any further information or any clarification or you want to alter days or any other change. Payment Terms & Methods :

* 50% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
