All the services quoted above, are subject to availability at the time of bookings ONLY & are not valid during Peak & Event dates. Standard check-in
time is 1400 hrs. & check-out time is 1000 hrs. (Subject to change /at hotel description) Meals i.e. as per the tour inclusions & proposed itinerary only
Porterage/Mini Bar consumption/Room Service/Laundry/Telephone calls/ Mineral water or other expenses of personal nature are not part of given
above package. Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, early checkin, late check-out, non/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel's discretion. Tour operation or alterations to itineraries may occur due to road or weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, accommodation availability and/or
other factors. The company gives no guarantee as to the exact arrival or departure times of tours as circumstances beyond our control may influence
this. Luggage Restriction on Tour: Only small carry-on bags on 1 day tours. Luggage Restriction on SIC Transfers: Normal luggage allowance includes 1
suitcase and 1 carry on item per person. Surcharge applies to additional luggage items. SIC Transfers: If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT
on the last service of the day, please contact supplier office and we will put you on the next available service. SIC Transfers: If you have booked the
last service for the day and missed their allocated pickup service and have arrived due to a delayed flight will need to make alternative travel
arrangements at their own expense. A full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. SIC transfers: services should arrive during the 20-minute
window as outlined in your confirmation. Passengers must be ready and waiting outside the designated pickup location for the entirety of the pickup
window. Our services will depart immediately once they reach each pickup point and will not wait for passengers that are not ready to board. Drivers
are not responsible to locate passengers if they are not readily waiting at the designated pickup area. Passengers that are not ready and waiting
during the outlined times resulting in a missed transfer; may not be eligible for refund or reimbursement. Child Policy on Tours & SIC Transfers: All
children over the age of 24 Months must occupy a seat on the coach. Children under 24 months must be seated on guardians lap. Supplier does not
provide child seats or bassinets.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
