At Crownland Tour and Safaris, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations for our team and partners.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

More than 60 days before departure – Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
30 to 59 days before departure – 75% refund of the total booking cost
15 to 29 days before departure – 50% refund of the total booking cost
7 to 14 days before departure – 25% refund of the total booking cost
Less than 7 days before departure – No refund (100% cancellation fee applies)
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving a formal cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during booking.
Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the total refund amount.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, unused services, or no-shows.
Rescheduling & Modifications
You may reschedule your trip at no additional cost if the request is made at least 30 days before departure, subject to availability.
If rescheduling within 15-29 days before departure, a 10% rescheduling fee may apply.
Last-minute rescheduling (less than 14 days before departure) is subject to a 20% modification fee.
Force Majeure & Special Cases
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government travel restrictions, we will work with clients to reschedule their trips or offer partial refunds based on expenses already incurred.
Refunds for special cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
