Day 1

Dehradun → Guptkashi / Sonprayag (Drive)

Devprayag

Day 1 — Dehradun → Guptkashi / Sonprayag (Drive)

🚗 Start early from Dehradun (approx. 6 AM ideally).

Route: Dehradun → Rishikesh → Devprayag → Srinagar → Rudraprayag → Guptkashi / Sonprayag.

🕐 Travel time: ~8–9 hours by road to Sonprayag / Guptkashi (around 240–250 km).
Travel Vaidya

🌙 Stay overnight in Guptkashi or Sonprayag — these are good stopping points with guesthouses and hotels.

Day 2

Sonprayag → Gaurikund → Trek to Kedarnath

🚐 Morning shuttle from Sonprayag → Gaurikund (last motorable point).

🐴 Alternate options: Pony, palki (doli), or helicopter.
🌙 Stay overnight in Kedarnath or nearby dharamshala.
