  Morning drive to Jankichatti (Approx 02 hrs drive) From Jankichatti, start trek to Yamunotri (06 kms/Approx 03 hrs one way)

• Helicopter service for Kedarnath Dham orfor complete Chardham yatra is provided by us.Please note thatthe rules and regulations ofeveryhelicopter company may vary regarding the weightlimitofeach person. Hence,the guests are requested to please check this in advance before the ticketis booked.The strictreporting times at the helipads are provided in advance.You are requested to reach atleast one hour before the departure time. These companies provide the seats on a first come first serve basis.
• We are not responsible for the delay/ cancellation of the flight due to any reason. The refund will be provided only after we receive the refund amount from the aviation. The processofrefundvaries fromcompanytocompanyandtakes time.
• Amendments or changes after booking
• If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing by mail.
• Amendment or changes in anybookingwill be treated as a new booking andwill be subjecttoavailability atthattime and the additional costwill be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
• Cancellation policy
• Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing by mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.
• The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :
• Cancellationbefore clear30workingdaysormorepriortothedateof departure ofthe Tour: 30%ofthe totaltour cost willbe charged. Cancellationbefore clear29 to16workingdayspriortothedateofdepartureof the Tour: 50% ofthe totaltour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure ofthe Tour:100% ofthe totaltour cost willbe charged.
• Balance Payment
• The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip.
• However,the company canask youanytime to clearthe balance paymentbefore 30 days from the date of departure.
• The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered forthe tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes, or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices mustbe paid before yourdeparture(Full and final).
• No refund for unutilized services
• There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind ofrefund or any other services as compensation for the unutilized services.

• On behalfofthe guest, I /We have read,understoodand acceptedall the Terms and Conditions, Pricing, and Itinerary. A copy of each of that was provided to me/us. I / We being duly authorized by the said persons and hereby agree and accept the conditions for self and on behalf ofthe said persons.

• 1.25 LAKH - 2 LAKH - 40 Percent of Total Amount
• 2 LAKH - 3 LAKH - 40 Percent of Total Amount
• 3 LAKH - 4 LAKH - 40 Percent of Total Amount
• 4 LAKH and above - 40 Percent of Total Amount
• After Advance Payment will do the registration process and share your the invoice.
• For the air tickets you need to pay full amount via NEFT / Cash transfer as we will instantly book & forward the tickets to you at the same time. To book tickets we need full payment & passport copies.
• Then you have to clear remaining land package cost (without flights) 01 month prior to your travelling dates via NEFT/ Cash Deposit/ Cheque.
