• Prices quoted are per person on twin sharing basis.
• For solo traveler's, a single occupancy supplement will apply.

• Rates are not valid during peak/high season (e.g. long weekends, summer holidays, Christmas & New Year period).

• Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only (foreign nationals may have additional entry fees/safari charges).
• Child Policy:
• Children below 5 years – complimentary (without extra bed).
• Children between 5–11 years – 50% of adult cost (with/without bed depending on hotel policy).
• Standard hotel check-in is 12:00 noon & check-out is 10:00 am. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability.
• In case of natural calamities (landslides, heavy rains, road blockage), alternate arrangements will be made.
• Final confirmation of hotels/transport/safari depends on availability at the time of booking. Equivalent hotels/resorts will be provided in case of unavailability.

* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
