Explore the highlights of Georgia with this 3-Day tour itinerary that covers major Georgian sightseeing places.
Day 1 : Tbilisi
• Arrival at Tbilisi International Airport
• Meeting and transfer to the hotel in Tbilisi
• Tbilisi city tour
At a convenient time for you, our representative will meet you in the airport and transfer to the hotel in Tbilisi. Our guide will meet you in your hotel’s lobby to have a Tbilisi city tour with you.
We’re going to start the day with visiting the main attractions in the Tbilisi Old Town including: Sameba (Holy Trinity) Cathedral Church, Metekhi Fortress, Narikala Fortress, Leghvtakhevi Waterfall, Abanotubani (Sulfuric Baths), Bridge of peace and more. There are so many beautiful views of the city.
After all the walking we’ll visit one of the best restaurants to enjoy authentic Georgian food and wine.
Return to the hotel.
Day 2 : Day trip to Tsephantsminda (Kazbegi)

• Ananuri Fortress
• Gudauri Panorama
• Stepantsminda (Kazbegi)
• The masterpiece of medieval architecture – Gergeti Trinity Church.
• Transfer to Tbilisi
In the morning, after breakfast, your guide will collect you from your hotel and begin the journey northwards to perhaps the most iconic site in all of Georgia – the majestic mount of Kazbegi.
Our first stop along the way is Zhinvali Dam, where we enjoy the stunning views of the beautiful lake and surrounding colorful forests. We will continue to explore the famous 13th century Ananuri Fortress, known for its haunting history. Ananuri Architectural Complex is a late medieval monument located in the gorge of river Aragvi. Nowadays, complex is comprised of the fortress, the bell tower, three churches and beautifully carved curtain walls.
After our medieval experience, it’s time to get out into nature and drive along the Georgian Military highway to the ski resort Gudauri. The road is very attractive, we’ll see the Friendship Monument and enjoy wonderful views from Gudauri Panorama.
Onto the main event of the day - Stepantsminda also known as Kazbegi. Neither words nor pictures can fully capture the power and grace of Mount Kazbegi.
Here you’ll switch to a 4WD off-road car to go up to the stunning Gergeti Trinity Church.
Take a break, enjoy a home cooked dinner and try to make your own Khinkali during the cooking masterclass in the picturesque village of Gergeti.
After visiting these magnificent natural sights, it is time to head to Tbilisi for and to your accommodation for the evening.
Day 3 : Day trip to Mtskheta

• Jvari Monastery
• Svetitskhoveli Cathedral
• Mtskheta town
• Transfer to Tbilisi
This morning after breakfast your guide will collect you from your hotel and drive you to your first stop at the hill top of Jvari Monastery. Jvari is a rare case of an Early Medieval Georgian church that has survived to the present day almost unchanged. It is an example of a harmonic relationship between architecture and nature. Also, you will enjoy an amazing view of Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers from the birds-eye view.
Next on your tour is Mtskheta town. Georgia’s oldest capital, Mtskheta is now considered a city museum. Here you will visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Which is a big attraction for travelers, thus it’s full of souvenir stands there you can enjoy souvenir shopping. Both sites are included in UNESCO world heritage list for the high artistic value and original architecture.
After the tour drive back to Tbilisi.
Day 4 : Tbilisi, Departure
Breakfast and relaxing morning.
According the flight time shopping tour will include 1 or 2 shopping malls and Dry Bridge Market. Transfer to Tbilisi International Airport.
