Flight: Take an early morning flight (1.5 hours) from Delhi to Srinagar.

Arrival in Srinagar
Arrival Time: Around 10:00 AM (depending on flight)

Transfer to Hotel/Houseboat: Check-in and freshen up

Local Sightseeing in Srinagar
Dal Lake Shikara Ride – Enjoy a 1-hour relaxing boat ride

Mughal Gardens:

Nishat Bagh

Shalimar Bagh

Chashme Shahi

Hazratbal Shrine – Beautiful mosque on the lakefront

Shankaracharya Temple – Offers panoramic views of Srinagar

Overnight Stay:
Stay in a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake or a hotel near Boulevard Road

Departure: Post breakfast by 8:30 AM

Activities in Gulmarg
Gondola Ride: Take the cable car to Phase 1 (Kongdoori) or Phase 2 (Apharwat Peak) – breathtaking views and snow in most seasons

Optional: ATV ride, pony ride, or walk around the meadows

Lunch at a local café with mountain views

Return to Srinagar:
Leave Gulmarg around 4:30 PM to return by 6:30–7:00 PM
