Pick up from your Nairobi Hotel in the morning and drive north via Mount Kenya past coffee plantations to Samburu Game Reserve home for the unusual reticulated Giraffe, Grevy's Zebra, Gerenuk and Somali ostrich. Picnic lunch and game drive en-route. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Game Lodge, Samburu Serena, Sentrim Samburu Lodge or Ashnil Samburu safari Lodge

Another full day in Samburu Game Reserve with early morning and late afternoon game viewing. Meals and overnight at Lodge.

Leave Samburu after breakfast with game drive en-route. Drive past the northern tip of the Aberdare Mountains to descend into the Great Rift Valley where Lake Nakuru is located. Picnic lunch en-route arriving late in the afternoon. Meals and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge or Lake Nakuru Lodge.

After breakfast proceed for game drive in Nakuru National Park for bird watching and game viewing drive. The lake Nakuru national park hosts hundreds of thousands of the flamingoes and other bird species. The Lake Nakuru National park in its sanctuary hosts the black and white rhinos and the endangered Rothschild Giraffe and other plains game like buffalo, zebra, antelopes and not to forget predators like lion, leopard and hyenas.

Lunch at 1200 hrs and depart for Nairobi arriving late afternoon.
