Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Journey To Masai Mara

After breakfast, depart from Nairobi on your Mid-Range Safari journey to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. En route, stop at the scenic Great Rift Valley Viewpoint for breathtaking photos before continuing your drive into the Mara.

Arrive in time for lunch at Governors Camp, then relax before heading out for your first evening game drive. Explore the vast savannah in search of elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, and many other wildlife species as the sun sets over the plains.

Day 2 Full-day Masai Mara Safari

After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch to enjoy in the wild. The reserve is famous for its striking black-maned lions and abundant resident wildlife, and it’s one of the rare places where the Big Five can often be seen in a single morning. Cheetahs here are unusually relaxed, sometimes resting in the shade of vehicles or even climbing onto the roof for a better view of potential prey.

Bird watchers will be delighted by nearly 500 recorded species, including 16 types of eagles, numerous hawks and falcons, six species of vultures, eight stork species, four bustards—among them the Kori bustard, the heaviest flying bird in the world—and nine varieties of colorful sunbirds.

Day 3 Masai Mara To Lake Nakuru

Start with an early morning game drive, then return for breakfast. Optionally visit a Maasai village before heading to Lake Nakuru. Arrive for lunch and an afternoon game drive where you can spot rhinos, flamingoes, and waterbucks.

Day 4 Lake Nakuru To Nairobi

Enjoy a final early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park on your Mid-Range Safari, taking in one last chance to spot rhinos, giraffes, buffalo, and abundant birdlife around the lake.

After breakfast and freshening up, depart for Nairobi with a picnic lunch en route. Arrive in the afternoon and conclude your safari with a drop-off at your hotel or at the airport for your onward journey.
