Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kochi to Munnar

  Our representative will receive you at the Cochin /Ernakulam Railway Stationt and will proceed on a 4.5 hour drive to Munnar.On the way to munnar watch the waterfalls like Valara waterfalls and Cheeyappara Waterfalls.Once you reach Munnar, check in to the hotel. Relax in the hotel for the rest of the day or go for a stroll in the Munnar town in the evening for shopping. Overnight stay in the hotel.

• Day 2 : Munnar Sigtseeing

  Today after breakfast in the resort. Proceed to Explore the Munnar . Munnar means three rivers and the town is located at the confluence of 3 mountain streams – Muthirapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala.Major sightseeing attractions are the Kundale tea plantation, Eravikulam National Park, The High Range Club, Top Station, Mattuppetty, Devikulam, Rajamalai, Chithirapuram, Marayoor, Pallivasal/Pothamedu, etc.Overnight stay in hotel at Munnar

  After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to Thekkady and on arrival check-in at the hotel. The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km and is well known for its wild life and scenic beauty. In You can opt for a cruise on Lake Periyar. During the boat ride spot the wild life (elephants, Indian Gaur, Monkeys, Spotted deer, barking deer and birds of myriad varieties).In the evening if time permit you can attend Kathakali Show/Kalairipattu show. Overnight stay in the hotel at Thekkady.

While cruising in the houseboat look out for local inhabitants making coir products, rustic homes and swaying coconut trees in Kerala country side.
