Day 1

Arrival & locals

Shalimar Garden Nishat Garden

Meet upon arrival at Srinagar airport and transfer to hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar hotel.
After freshening up at the hotel u will proceed for sightseeing there u will have a visit to: -
Nishat garden
Shalimar garden
Chashmashahi Garden
Botanical Garden
Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel.

Day 2

Srinagar- Gulmarg- Srinagar

After breakfast at hotel u will be proceeded for Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts above sea level. The distance of 50 kms will be covered in about 1-1 n a half hr. There u will enjoy:
Gandola Ride
Bootapathri
Golf club
Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel.

Day 3

Srinagar - sonamarg – Srinagar

After breakfast at hotel hotel u will be proceeded for Sonmarg (2800Mtrs above sea level), which means ' meadow of gold ' has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajwas glacier a major attraction during the summer months. In the evening return to Srinagar, Dinner & overnight in Srinagar at Hotel.

Day 4

Srinagar- Pahalgam- Srinagar

After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (valley of shepherds). The distance of about 139.8kms will be covered in about 3 hrs 19 mins. En routevisit Saffron fields, Awantipora ruins (1100 yrs. old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awanti Verma), see the beautiful countryside on the way and a lot of rice fields. Drive through pine forests.There u will have a visit for locals:-

Chandanwari
Mini Switzerland
Pahalgam Valley
In the evening, return to Srinagar Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar Houseboat.

Day 5

Departure at Srinagar Airport

After breakfast check out from the houseboat& proceed to Srinagar Airport to catch the flight for onward destination with sweet holiday memories

Room category at all the hotels/houseboats will be base category rooms.
If clients want NAC Innova instead of NAC Tavera/Indigo then the cost will be increased by Rs.450/- per day.
Before traveling visit the weather forecast to get well informed which clothing to carry howsoever we advise keeping heavy woolens for winters and light woolens for summers.

Gondola tickets till phase Ist will be Rs.750/- per ticket per head.
Gondola tickets for phase Ist & 2nd will be Rs.1,950/- per ticket per head.
Transfers from Tangmarg-Gulmarg-Tangmarg by chained vehicle Rs.2,500/-total per vehicle
Local guide cost in Gulmarg will be Rs.800/- per day
Pony Ride in Gulmarg from Gulmarg-Khilanmarg-Gulmarg will be Rs.1, 000/- per person.
Union Taxi for full day local sightseeing’s of Gulmarg (Strawberry Valley, Maharani Temple (Shiv Temple), St. Mary Church,
Palace, Bota Pathri, Childrens Park & Golf Course) will be Rs.3,000/- to Rs.3,500/-

SIGHTSEEING NOTE

Please be informed that commercial & private vehicles are not allowed to do the entire movement (sightseeing coverage of internal areas) in, Gulmarg & Pahalgam due to local union restrictions at these particular places. Therefore, local vehicles/Ponies can be booked directly on spot for the internal mentioned places.

RESPONSIBILITY

We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:
Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.
Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.
Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in J&K and the Company has its Registered Office in Srinagar J&K . It is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court/forum / tribunal in J&K alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hotel bookings is subject to availability at the time of bookings.
In case for travelling to the destinations where our vehicles (car/tempo Traveller/buses) are not allowed, local transport charges will be extra.
Train tickets availability will depend on the conditions at the time of bookings
Trip booking amount is only transferable in our future trips and not refundable.

Any changes in itinerary due to train delay & snowfall will not be the responsibility of KASHMIR HOMETOWN
This quotation is based as on today’s pricing, any increase in cost of diesel, state taxes, permits, sightseeing entries, safaris, airline fares, etc. Whatever is included in the itinerary at the time of tour, the difference will be borne by the travelers.
We reserved the rights to postponed/cancel/alter the trip due to any uncertain and unforeseen circumstances in the interest of safety for the travelers.
Full payment should be made 10 days before the travel date.
Traveller should be in knowledge of the fact that smoke or to consume any type of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed during the tour.
If any traveler misbehaves or misconduct is found then the tour manager/ management will remove them out from tour and entire booking charges will be fortified according to rules.
Hotel standard check-in time is around 12 noon and checkout time is mostly by 11am, this may vary from hotel to hotel.
In case of extra arrangements during covid-19 pandemic or natural calamity or any other unavoidable circumstances the excess price will be beared by travelers.
In case if a traveler is found covid positive during the tour quarantine, medical expenses and other expenses will be borne by the travelers itself.
Delay in itinerary due to weather, traffic and any other unavoidable circumstance is not a responsibility of KASHMIR HOMETOWN
In case where a Traveller is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services. Even if he/she is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his/her booking shall be treated as “NO SHOW” on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
If a Traveller avails pre – tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (if booked under any offer) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre – tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as “NO SHOW” and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

15% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.
25% cancellation charges if cancelled within 20 days before the tour.
50% cancellation charges if cancelled within 10 days before the tour.
No refund for tour starting within 10 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour No Show 100% of tour cost.
During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.
The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.
