Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

ARRIVAL JAMMU –Pahalgam 300km 7hrs one way

Day Schedule: Arrival at Jammu airport/Railway Station our representative will meet & Greet you and the transfer. After that you will drive from pahalgam via chinani tunnel Asia’s largest tunnel. Pahalgam is one of the most scenic and popular hill station in the entire Country. Once you reach Pahalgam you will check inn into hotel for Dinner and Over Night Stay

Day 2

Pahalgam to Nunwan for Amarnath Yatra by walk

Amarnath Temple

Day Schedule: After Breakfast you can proceed towards Amarnath Yatra by walk is an essential to explore this idyllic spot located at a height of Amarnath Temple/ Cave sits at an altitude of 3,888 m and is approximately 141 km from Srinagar. During June to August, an ice formation, also called Shivalingam or Stalagmite is formed inside the cave that gradually melts with the moon’s cycle. This vertically-shaped Lingam forms when the water drops from the roof freeze inside the cave during a certain period of time. Once gathered on the floor, the ice grows vertically and hence the famous Amarnath ice Lingam is formed.Over Night at camp at your own.

Darshan Day

Drive from Baltal –Srinagar

Day Schedule: Today you will reach to Baltal will pick you and transfer to Hotel at Sonmarg. Fringed with several fascinating mountain peaks and colorful flowery meadows, Sonamarg is located around 1,000 ft. above the sea level and is also known as the ‘Meadow of Gold’.On your arrival in the hill station of Sonamarg, which is also the origin of several Himalayan treks, you can hire a pony and ride up to the magnificent Thajiwas Glacier. Witness and enjoy the amazing views all around the glacier and by evening, drive back to Srinagar; dinner and overnight stay will be in the Hotel

Day 5

Departure from Srinagar –Jammu Drop

Day Schedule: Today will be last day of this exotic tour to Srinagar! After having breakfast in the hotel, you will finally bedropped at the railway station or the airport; the tour will end with your drop.

BOOKING NOTE: The Names Mentioned only indicate that our rates are based only on these Hotels mentioned there And Are Subject to Change in rates by Hotels, Do not consider this as confirmation, since none of the hotels have been booked, Above Hotels Are Subject to Availability, Hotels will be booked only once we receive your Payment/confirmation. If at the time of operation the hotels are not available or sold out, in that case we will book similar or the next best alternate available. In accordance we will advise you the supplements or rebates if any. Vehicle is available as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned in the package inclusions Charges applicable on any extra kilometers or hours can be paid directly to the transport vendor.
SIGHTSEEING NOTE : Please be informed that commercial & private vehicle are not allowed to do entire movement (sightseeing coverage of internal areas) in Sonamarg, Gulmarg &Pahalgam due to local union restriction at these particular places. Therefore, local vehicle can be booked by us or directly on spot for internal mentioned places. Chained Vehicle from Tangmarg to Gulmarg to be booked directly on spot in case of heavy snow. Please Read other information column for rate idea at particular places.
TRAVEL NOTE: Travelers coming/Going by Road via Jammu - Srinagar National highway. Keep this noted that sometime due to bad weather, Traffic rules, Govt Orders The road gets closed due to landslides or we have One Way traffic due to traffic rules, Govt orders. Travelers coming on these days have to understand the situation & Adjust in the given alternate accommodations at perspective places. Whole tour plan can be shuffled due to road closer but we will try to make most of the tour to be completed as per itinerary. We would request all travelers to support us during these periods as these things are out of our hands. This is to just clarify and to be safe on our sides too. Wishing you a happy & memorable tour.

The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost.
The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
Check-in and Check-out time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.
In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the kitchen operational timings of concerned Hotel.
A/C of the vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Areas.

In any case of heavy snowfall or any Land Slide or any natural calamity roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and the agency is not responsible for any lost.
Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned the hotel's cancellation policy and the agency cancellation policy
The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling or any mishap any road accident during the tour.
The package once purchased cannot be rescheduled or Changed under any circumstances.
The agency is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of a mechanical fault, any electrical fault or tire bust or any other problem in the vehicle during the tour ( In this case no refund will be given)
Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Ropeway etc Games is not included
Clearance of full package payment is mandatory before 2nd day of the trip start, else agent is liable to hold the service or to take any legal action.
If full package payments not done within the given time frame your booking will stand canceled the agency is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.
All the meals mentioned in the itinerary would be provided in the specified hotel only where you are going to stay during the tour.
Travel/Medical insurance not included.
Fees / Charges related to any tourist permit is not included apart from the charges mentioned in the inclusion service.
A personal medical kit is not included
Expenses for personal nature are not included

Please Note:- Disputes if any, arising out of or in connection with (Terms and conditions, Stay, Food, Travel plan, inclusions, Cancellation policy, Bookings in hotel, bookings of cab, Any personal loss or mishap during tour, Any road accident during the tour, regarding permits, inner line permit for Leh and any entry restricted by government for some specific days or months to national parks any state or borders or places closed due to some irrelated activities,
Regarding payments & refunds, any loss due to nature/weather conditions, above package offered by the agency o any personal loss) or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in the agency registered jurisdiction only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.
Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered. All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.
Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.) Any service unused is non-refundable.
Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to pay the differences.
Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
BOOKING PROCEDURE.
For Booking we require Full Payment for Flight Tickets & 25-30% Advance Token Amount for Land Package in below account details.
Once Payment is Done, Please update us so we could proceed with Bookings.
In Case Where:
If you are willing to postpone your date of travel due to any reason we will provide free postponement but season rate difference may attract & will be shared accordingly.
If you are cancelling your booking post postponing your dates, all payments paid will be forfeited.
Delay or Miss in making payment as per scheduled date may lead to cancellation of booking with Zero Refund. (You can inform the management in case of any worst scenario before your payment date)
In case of any unforeseen circumstances we will try to provide our best But Peacock Holidays will not be held responsible for any undelivered services due to this.
Delay in final payment on arrival or as per scheduled date might lead to termination/Halt of services until payment clearance.
In case Traveler turns out COVID-19 Positive, Cancellation will attract as per policy shared above.
In case of any Damage to Hotel/Houseboat/Taxi done by the traveler Peacock Holidays will not be held responsible for anything, same compensation should be made directly.

Local vehicle for Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Baisaran Valley and Aru Valley sightseeing available at INR 2100 per vehicle for maximum 5 travelers.
Pony For Baisaran Valley at INR 1200-1500 Maximum Per Person.
Local vehicle for Thajiwas Glacier sightseeing in Sonamarg available at INR 3000 per vehicle for maximum 5 travelers.
Local vehicle for Zozila Pass, Zero Point 5000 Maximum.
Gondola Phase 1 (Gulmarg to Kungdoor) tickets can be pre-booked at INR 750 per person (subjected to availability).
Gondola Phase 2 (Kungdoori to Aparwath) tickets can be pre-booked at INR 950 per person(subjected to availability)
River Rafting at Lidder river/Sindh River available at (May - Sep) INR 1000 per person.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation charges if plan cancels then following deduction charges will be applied; Package cancellation is divided between 2 components (i.e. Flight and Land.) The following rules are applicable for respective components.
Flight Cancellation: As Per the Airline's Cancellation Policy
Land Package Cancellation:
Regardless of any reason if you choose to cancel your trip post booking.
Between 30 days to 45 days from the trip start date: 0% of total package cost will be deducted as cancellation Charge.
Between 21 to 30 days from the trip start date: 50% of total package cost will be deducted from the total package amount.
Between 21 to 14 days from the trip start date: 75% of total package cost will be deducted from the total package amount.
14 days prior to the trip start date: 100% amount of total package cost will be deducted.
In case of no-show, no refund will be given.
