Day 1 Delhi To Shimla By Pvt Vehicle (drive 8- 9 Hours)

Dinner | Kia Carens/Suzuki Ertiga Arrive in Delhi on your own basis by Air, Train or Volvo Bus or should you require, arrangements for transportation can be made through us; kindly inquire about prices. Once you arrived in Delhi and meet our cab driver and drive to Shimla. Shimla is the capital of Himachal Pradesh and also known as the “QUEEN OF HILL STATION”. It’s also known for the handicraft shops that line The Mall, a pedestrian avenue, as well as the Lakkar Bazaar, a market specializing in wooden toys and crafts. On the way, if you wish and time permit us on same day only you can visit to Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple. Sankat Mochan Temple is a temple dedicated to Hindu deity Hanuman in Shimla. The temple is Shimla's second most visited Hanuman temple after Jakhu Temple. After that drive towards the Shimla's hotel. Overnight stay at Shimla's hotel.

Day 2 Shimla To Kufri & Mall Road Ridge Full Day Sightseeings

Breakfast + Dinner | Kia Carens/Suzuki Ertiga Today Morning after breakfast drive to Kufri. Kufri is a small hill station in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 13 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway No. 22. Visit Himalayan Wild Life Zoo which hosts rare Antelopes, Felines and Birds including Himalayan Monal, Himalayan bears and other rare birds and animals. Additionally, indulge in adventure activities at the Adventure Resort, featuring Go-Karting, Sky Swinger, Zip Line, Bungee Trampoline, Rifle Shooting, Frisbee, and a captivating 5D Theatre (additional costs apply). Later, proceed to Shimla's Mall Road, Ridge, Church, Kali Bari Temple, Jhansi Park, Scandal Point, and the vibrant Lakkar Bazar along Mall Road. At late evening come back to hotel. Day 3 Shimla To Manali Via Kullu Valley (drive 7-8 Hours)

Breakfast + Dinner | Kia Carens/Suzuki Ertiga Today morning after breakfast check out from the Shimla's hotel and begin the scenic drive towards Manali. On the way visit Pandoh Dam, Sundar Nagar Lake, after that Kullu Valley, Kullu River Rafting Point and Shawl Factories. After that drive to Manali, Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking. In short, Manali is the "Valley of the Gods" and an ideal place for the ones in search of both adventure and comfort. On arrival at Manali check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at Manali's hotel.

Day 6 Manali To Delhi By Pvt Vehicle (drive 11-12 Hours) (distance : 560 Km)

Breakfast | Kia Carens/Suzuki Ertiga Today morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive towards Delhi Airport/Railway Station along with enjoying scenic view of Manali to Delhi Highway, Mountain view and nature beauty. A vital note: Kindly coordinate your departure time with your designated driver a day in advance. This arrangement will enable your driver to ensure a timely drop-off at either Delhi Airport or Railway Station, aligned perfectly with your scheduled departure.

Visit of Atal Tunnel and rohtang Pass will depend on weather conditions and avaibility of vehicles 4x4
During heavy snowfall, normal vehicles cannot travel in mountainous areas like Shimla and Manali. In such circumstances, only 4x4 vehicles (such as Gypsies or SUVs) are permitted by the local administration to reach the hotel or main road. In these circumstances, the additional charge for a 4x4 vehicle is not included in the package and must be paid by the traveler directly on site.

Payment Terms & Methods :

CHEQUE/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI or any payment mode should be in favour of the Himaura.
Payment Terms & Methods: * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost for Confirmation.
Full Payment should be paid after the confirmation of asked services.
The invoice amount should be paid full; any dispute should be brought to our notice not before guest check out.
Any refund or cancellation will be made after deducting the retention amount.
Any refund or cancellation related to the hotel/Transfer/service booked by us will require a minimum of 30 days.
Himaura have all right to cancel the booking due to nonpayment. All dispute is subjected to the jurisdiction of the Shimla court.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

If cancellations/amendments are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellations/amendments fees.
If cancellations/amendments are made 1530 days before the start date of the trip, 80% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellations/amendments fees.
If cancellations/Amendments are made within 015 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellations/amendments fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the requested amendments subject to cancel and re book based on the availability and the rates.
Cancellations & amendment are strictly subjected to cancellation/amendment policies mentioned on the Tour itinerary & are irrespective of the date of booking.
Upon cancellations, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
