Day 1 Arrival Srinagar Airport

MEAL: DINNER
On arrival at Srinagar airport. Our representative will meet you to pick you up and transfer to your hotel. Welcome to the Srinagar, the Lake City. Being your tour of 'Exotic Kashmir. Check into the hotel. Dinner & overnight in Srinagar.

Day 2 Srinagar – Gulmarg - Srinagar

MEAL: BREAKFAST & DINNER
After breakfast proceed to Drive Gulmarg. Gulmarg is also known as “Meadow Of Flowers “ & has a famous Golf course during summer (which is one if the highest 18-holes golf course in the world) & Ski Resort during winter . One can have a gondola (cable car) ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg (own cost) to have a real view in natural beauty of the summer and full snow view in winter. You can have a pony ride in the open fields to seven springs (own cost) and to a lake, which remains frozen until June. After free dinner & overnight at Srinagar.

Day 3 Srinagar - Pahalgam (94 Kms ).

MEAL: BREAKFAST & DINNER
After breakfast check –out from hotel & proceed to Pahalgam “VILLAGE OF SHEPHERDS “ enroute visiting the world famous Saffron growing fields , Awantipura ruins (9th century ) & Martand Temple (sun temple). Pahalgam is famous for indan film industry, some trekking routes & also base camp for Amarnath pilgrimage. One can go Aru, Chandanwari & Betab Valley (own cost), dinner & overnight in Pahalgam.

Day 4 Pahalgam To Sringar & Local Sightseeing Srinagar

Hazratbal Shrine Dal Lake

MEAL: BREAKFAST & DINNER
After Breakfast Checkout from hotel & Drive To Srinagar Local Sightseeing Mughal Gardens visiting Cheshmashahi (the royal spring), Nishat (the garden pleasure), Shalimar (the abode of love), Pari Mahal & famous Shankrancharya Temple & Dargah Hazratbal Shrine & Jamia Masjid. After That proceed to Srinagar Houseboat. Dinner and over night at house boat evening shikara ride in famous dal lake.

Day 5 Srinagar –sonmarg – Srinagar (2.5 Hours Drive One Way)

MEAL: BREAKFAST & DINNER
After breakfast leave Hotel for full day tour of Sonamarg (Meadows of Gold), it has sheer scenic splendor. The very way-a metalled road snakes through massive mountains laden with forests and firs. After a breath-taking journey from Srinagar you come across River Sindh that is abounded with trout & Mahseer. Onwards the valley opens up to a meadow. Ponies can be hired for a trip up to Thajiwas glacier ; a major attraction during the summer months.
Sonamarg's importance lies in the fact that it is the last halt on the Kashmir side for the drive from Srinagar to Leh. You will be fascinated to see Snowy Mountains against a cerulean sky against its backdrop. Return to Srinagar for overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 6 Departure To Srinagar Airport

MEAL: BREAKFAST
After breakfast check out from house boat & Proceed to Srinagar airport to board the flight for onward destination.

The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement. Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
In Himachal, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. No discount will be provided after confirmation.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 20 days in advance via mail.
We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However, after the first time, additional charges will be levied.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 20 days prior to your journey)
We do not accept any change in the plan within 20 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will intimate to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

40 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 40 % of total package cost, if and only if you confirm the desired package before 20 days of your travel date.
But please keep in mind that rest of the 40 % must be cleared before One Month of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of the tour.
Remaining 60 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like a confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
