Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi- Shimla (380 Kms / 8 Hrs)

On arrival at Delhi, proceed towards Shimla (380 kilometrs / 8 hours drive) Enjoy the Scenic Himalayas from the window of your cab. On the ways, stopover at Pinjore Garden. Cab will pass through Parwanoo, Barog and Solan on the way to Shimla On arrival at Shimla, check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 2

Kufri And Local Sightseeing

Kufri Jakhu Temple The Ridge Sankat Mochan Temple

After breakfast, proceed to visit Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu temple. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town - The Mall & The Ridge. In the Afternoon excursion to Kufri- a 30 Minutes drive from Shimla. Evening free to enjoy the scenic beauty of Kufri. Also visit Fagu, and enjoy horse riding in the apple orchids (optional). Later in the evening we will proceed to visit Mall Road. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 3

Shimla - Manali (on The Way Kullu Sightseeing)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Manali (7-8 hr). Pass by beautiful Kullu valley, Beas river, Dussherra maidan and After visit proceed to Manali. Arrive and check in at hotel. Overnight stay in Manali. Overnight Stay at Manali.

Day 4

Local Manali Town Sightseeing

Manu Temple

Morning After breakfast at hotel proceed to city tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Village, Vashist Hot Water Springs, Van Vihar, Hongkong Market, The Mall and Tibetan Monastery. Afternoon free to explore the Shopping malls of Manali. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Day 5

Manali- Solang Valley – Atul Tunnel -manali

After breakfast visit to After Visit Solang is a small village about 13 km from Manali. Clean and fresh air, spell-binding surroundings, surrounding mountains soaring up to 6000 m and various summer and winter snow sports make it a favourite place among the tourists.. Tourists can also try out sports/activities like parachuting, paragliding, horse riding and zorbing at Solang..Dinner and over night stay at Manali.

Day 6

Manali - Delhi Drop

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and Transfer to Delhi Airport/Railway Station with memories of A Lifetime Trip.

Important Note

The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement. In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un availed meals we shall not be responsible.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
In Himachal and Kashmir, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.
We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
If you paid the amount by debit & credit card 2.50% will be extra from the package cost.
No discount will be provided after confirmation.

Terms And Conditions

Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking
is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.
Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you. ∙ The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival. ∙ €Any complaint by the Tourist(including complaint on behalf of passengers of the Group submitted by the Tourist) in connection with or arising out of the tour must be notified to the Company in writing within twenty one (21) days from the end of the tour. No claim or complaint made thereafter shall be entertained in any circumstances. No individual complaint of passenger of the Group shall be entertained directly and therefore same must be made only by The Tourist who is a leader of the Group.
In no event shall ‘Welcome India Trip’ be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages due to deficiency in service by our suppliers (hotel, transporter, airline etc.). Our maximum liability is limited to our service charges.
All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
The Company will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage of tour days or for cancellation, postponement or re-routing of any particular scheduled transport service due to any reasons including fog. The rules in respect of cancellation charges or refund will be applicable. The tickets are issued, subject to conditions herein.

Payment Terms & Methods :

30% non refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
50% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking or before give you’re the service voucher.
20% pay amount before 10 days of the departure date

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

30 % not refundable amount and Once booking made cancellation charge will be 30% of total billing.
30 - 15 days Before Check in - 50% of the total estimated bill ∙ 15- 07 days - 75 % of the Total Estimated Bill.
07 Days before check in - 100% of the total Estimated Bill
All the payment has to be made in Favor of " Welcome India Trip." Through DD/Cash Deposit /Cheque, NEFT, Debit Card payable at New Delhi.

Overall it was a nice experience.. little bit issue with food where vegitarian food was a big issue. Some issue with Hanoi hotel. It was a good clean but very big rooms . give a 5 star. Was like a 3 star. Also fill that whatever we got was not what we paid.. it was look that the profit of travel triangle and booking agents was very high. (Looking towards price over there of hotel, food and cab.) Cruise was a best in all.
