Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival Hanoi Vietnam

Welcome to Hanoi. Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is known for its centuries-old architecture and a rich culture with Southeast Asian, Chinese and French influences. At its heart is the chaotic Old Quarter, where the narrow streets are roughly arranged by trade. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to the hotel.
Afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature built in 1070 and regarded as the First University in Vietnam, the Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son temple and take the Cyclo tour at the Old Quarter to experience the exciting local daily life of Hanoians, shopping free around The Old Quarter that have stock of trendy to basic clothing and thousands of small craft and boutique shops offering variety of Vietnamese handicraft products
Enjoy the Water Puppet Show- A form of folk arts originating in the north of Vietnam, in which wood-puppets play their roles according to the direction of puppeteers and singers of Cheo (a kind of traditional theater in Vietnam) sing songs to tell the story in words.

Day 2 Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Hanoi (b)

Breakfast at Hotel
Departure to visit Ninh Binh – 90 km far from Hanoi. We will visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu with the temples of Dinh and le Dynasties. Continue to visit Tam Coc – known as Halong Bay on land
Afternoon boat trip to visit Tam Coc, explore the beautiful Karst formations and mystery caves. Back to the pier, visit to Bich Dong Pagoda
Late afternoon drive back to Hanoi.

Day 3 Hanoi – Halong Bay (b/l/d)

Breakfast at Hotel
Transfer to Ha Long Bay (about 160km) for check-in cruise

10:00:Upon arrival at Tuan Chau harbour, you will check-in and get on board the cruise then starts a trip to discover the World Heritage.

10:30:Enjoy welcome drink. The cruise departs from Tuan Chau harbor for a joyful journey to discover the beauty of the world heritage Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you will have chance to pass through the grandeur of the legendary bay with thousands of limestone islands such as: Dog Rock, Duck Rock and especially Thumb Rock - a beautiful limestone islet rising from sea water in the shape of a giant thumb. Mother Nature has put Thumb Rock here to send a message of goodness to every passenger cruising in the ancient bay.

12:00:Have a huge buffet lunch with variety of dishes including seafood and Vietnamese traditional food.

13:00:Stop at Bo Hon Island. Our tour guide will take you to Sung Sot Cave/Surprising Cave, the largest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. After about 200 steps under forest canopy, the entrance of the cave shows up. A paradise of appear in front of you. You will discover the cave in about 45 minutes before getting back to the cruise (For other tourists whom can’t walk much, you can stay on cruise, chilling out on the sundeck).

14:00:Say goodbye to Sung Sot Cave, cruise heads to Luon Cave. In this area, it’s time for you to heat up with kayaking (about 30 minutes kayaking)

15:00:Stop at Titov Island. On this small island, you can climb halfway up the mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. Looking down from high above gives you a wonderful sensation; at the same time offers you a spectacular view of every corner of the bay.
16:00:After that, you will get back to cruise and ready for our Sunset Party. Vietnamese tea, fresh fruits and snacks will be served when you’re relaxing on the sundeck or in the Jacuzzi.
On the way back, cruise will pass by Hoa Cuong area, one of the most beautiful spots in the bay.

17:30-18:00:Arrive in Tuan Chau port. Transfer back to Hanoi for overnight

Day 4 Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh (b/l)

Breakfast at Hotel
Transfer from Halong Bay to Hanoi for the flight to Ho Chi Minh
Upon arrival Ho Chi Minh city transfer to hotel for check-in

Day 5 Cu Chi Tunnels - Mekong Delta (b/l)

Breakfast at Hotel, drive to Cu Chi tunnels for 1 hour 30 minute- an amazing complex of the underground tunnels used during the Vietnam War. After a short introduction to the tunnel network of more than 200 km you will have a chance to crawl into a short section of the tunnels to feel the oppressive narrowness and heat inside.
Lunch at local restaurant
After lunch, drive to My Tho, a prosperous town of 170,000 inhabitants of the Mekong Delta. It is noted for its exuberant orchards and immense rice fields. Enjoy boat rides on the Mekong River and along the lush canopy of water coconuts.
Visit an orchard on an island and taste some exotic fruits, green tea. Rowing boat along the canals and walk around the traditional villages; immerse yourself in nature when listening Southern traditional music
Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 6 Ho Chi Minh – Departure (b)

Breakfast in the hotel
Transfer to airport for your flight back home. It’s time to say goodbye and see you soon. We wish you a pleasant flight!

Please note that no reservation will be made until a written confirmation has been received and acknowledged. Upon receipt of confirmation we will book the requested services. Until then the proposed hotels and services are subject to availability. If proposed hotels or services are no longer available at time of confirmation we will book adequate alternatives. The rate may change in such a case.
DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
Programs based on scheduled domestic flights and the schedule given in the program can differ with or without prior notice of the airlines. Sometime in delay arrival / departure and in this case, it could occur that we will makes some changes in the program. We are not responsible for those changes, but when it occurs we assure you that we arrange the best solution in accordance to your program.
NOTE FOR CANCELLATION POLICIES AND PAYMENT OF FLIGHTS:
The cancellation and payment policy detailed above is not applicable to flights; the cancellation and payment policies of the flights will be those of each of the airlines and will be specified on a case by case basis in our confirmations.

NOTE ON TRANSPORTATION
Our price based on the group arrives at one time (one flight). In case, clients arrive on different flight times and need different airport transfer, extra transfer will be charged. We apply the same for departure date.

Child from 6 - under 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: 50% of charge

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Our price of the tour does not include travel insurance. We highly recommend you purchase health/travel insurance for your trip to Asia.
RESPONSIBILITY
Except in situations beyond human control, Travcare Vacations shall be responsible for any additional charges resulting from a change made by us on the itinerary, transportation or accommodation.
However, Travcare Vacations will not be responsible for the denied boarding as well as any expenses resulting from any situation that escapes human control.
Detailed program and flight schedules are subject to change by airlines without prior notice based on weather conditions and daily flight operations. As a result, the agreed itinerary may change. If this happens, Travcare Vacations will do everything possible to make the changes alter as little as possible the initial program, always guaranteeing the comfort of the clients.
RATES AND CONDITIONS
The total costing for this itinerary is found above. All prices are quoted net in INR. Pricing is subject to change in the case of currency depreciation, fuel surcharges, contract re-issuance or other events out of our company’s control.
Our quote is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of the proposal. A quotation not accepted within 10 days is subject to change if the cost of any service increases.
Above rates are not valid for the period of Christmas, New Year (normally from 20 Dec to 10/15 Jan) and the local New Year (10-20 April). Please contact us for further details in terms of specific dates.
Please note that evening restaurant transfers are subject to an overtime surcharge unless the dinner is included in the confirmed itinerary. Drinks during meals are not included and have to be paid on spot.
If suppliers request further supplements or change their conditions (e.g. compulsory meals) after confirmation, we will inform you right away.

Travcare Vacations always makes every effort to minimize the charges that are generated by the cancellation of our services but we must adhere to the cancellation policy of each of the providers.

Low season - High season

From 31 - 45 days before arrival - No charge - 30 %
From 21 - 30 days before arrival - 35% - 50%
From 10 - 20 days before arrival - 75% - 75%
From 9 days to No Show - 100% - 100%

Please note that during the more busy days of the high season (Christmas and New Year) and during National holidays, the cancellation policy may vary. These variations will be reported on a case-by-case basis
