No Refund will be made for any unused Accommodation, Missed Meals, Transportation, Sightseeing Tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon Availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your Confirmation Voucher and Mail.
No refund shall be claimed, if the Services & Amenities of Hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

All payments are to be made by Cash or Bank Transfers.
20% Payment in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable amount)
Driver Will Take Balance Full Payment at Pick Up Time Hotel / Airport / Rly Station / Home.
Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab and Worldwide Travels is not responsible for any loss.

Any Kind of unpleasant incident, Worldwide Travels will not be responsible
Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Bandh, Traffic jam, Breakdown, Accidents, severe weather conditions etc Worldwide Travels is not held to blame.

Worldwide Travels do not provide you any Kind Adventure Sports Activities (Like Para Gliding/River Rafting/Snow Skiing/Rock Claiming etc) and not force to Our Guest to Do these activity, All Adventure Activities are Highly Risk able, and Any Kind of Accident/Loss/Fracture Worldwide Travels is Not responsible.
And if Guest visit to Rohtang Pass and at that time no snow on Rohtang beside road, peaks mountains, Guest have to go by walk and in Horses to pay their self, and we are not responsible if guest did not see the snow in off season. Worldwide Travels will not be Responsible.
In Group Tour’s(Like Student group Tour/Family Group tour’s & All) Tourist do not Obey the Guide Cum Driver Instruction and not follow him Properly where should guest have to go or not, and not read the instruction written on sigh board .In that case WORLDWIDE TRAVELS will not be responsible.

Worldwide Travels is not responsible of any Road Block and Land Slide and Heavy snow fall and Guest cannot reach the booked hotel(Provided by us or others Travel agents), Guest will Arrange the Accommodation in Hotels by own self on way and Pay All, Our Driver cum Guide Only Help you to find the Accommodation.
Hotel and Dates once Booked and Guest Gave the Advance Amount ,Cannot change the hotel and date , If guest want to make any changes have to Pay Extra as per Hotel Norms or as per Avilibity of Accommodation.(For example Guest Book the Hotel at Dalhousie and Now They want to Go Dharamshala ,In That Case Guest have to Pay of Both Hotel and as per cancelation Policy of Hotel Norms.
If our Taxi Got The Permit From Himachal tourism for Snow Point and Rohtang Pass Visits, Then the taxi will go with guest to Rohtang pass, Else Guest has to pay by self and arrange the taxi from Taxi Union as per union Rate, We will Not Refund Any Amount to Guest.

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.

Hotel Check in Time 12Noon. After and Before This Time Frame Additional Charges Will Be Applicable.
