Your hotel has laid down some rules, and it's our job to let you know what they are.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
Check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. The Time Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g., Christmas, New Year's Eve etc... All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel. Taxes are paid by The Time Travels to its vendors. Service fees are retained by The Time Travels for servicing the travel reservation.
If you don't show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.

This day after breakfast proceed for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India’s one of the best holiday paradises Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities.
Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – “THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla's landmarks - the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo - Tudor library building- are worth seeing. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Shimla.

About Solang Valley
Solang Valley in Manali is located at a distance of 13 kms in a side valley at the top of the Kullu valley is a splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund. Solang valley offers the view of glaciers and snow-capped mountains and peaks. Solang Valley has fine ski slopes. The Mountaineering Institute of Manali has installed a ski lift for training purpose. Located here is a hut and guest house of the Mountaineering and Allied sports Institute, Manali. Now a few hotels have also come up. The winter skiing festival is organised in Solang Valley. Sking and Paragliding are two main activities are organised here. Apart from this many other adventure sports are available like Zorbing, Horse riding& Snow Motor Bikes riding etc.
Rohtang Pass excursion is not included in our package cost due to Manali Taxi Union. It will be chargeable extra payable directly by the guests as per the taxi union permit.
Note: Rohtang Pass will be closed every Tuesday & sightseeing tour will be possible subject to weather conditions.

After breakfast proceed to local sightseeing of Manali “HADIMBA TEMPLE” Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four-tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. “CLUB HOUSE” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller-skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day.” Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and “VASHIST” Well known for its hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisht and to Lord Rama and overnight stay in Manali Hotel.

Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.
Terms & Conditions: -
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis
Confirmation policy:-
The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 25% of the total amount for booking.
The client has to complete 75% (25+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation policy:-
Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged 20% Of Total Package.
Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
Cancellations between 05 to 07 days 0f Check in 100% of the booking will be Charged as retention.
