Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1: Arrival At Shimla

On arrival at Chandigarh/ Delhi, our representative will pick from there and take you to Shimla. Travel by surface from Chandigarh to Shimla.
Local Sightseeing of Shimla and visit-
Mall Road, Lakkar Bazar, Church Gate, Mini Zoo, Jakhoo Temple, Indian Institute of Advance Studies, Wax Museum.

Day 2

Day 2 : Kufri sightseen

Kufri

After breakfast in hotel out for the excursion of Kufri (snow point). In Kufri on can do horse riding (by own cost).
KUFRI: India's one of the best holiday paradises Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities.

Day 3

Day 3: Shimla – Manali (7-8Hrs): Kullu Manikaran

After breakfast check out from the hotel, drive to Manali, on the way visiting Kullu manikaran.
Manali: at the northern end of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, is a hill station situated at a height of 2050 m (6398 ft) in the Himalayas. Situated on the Beas River (Vyaas in Hindi) and near its source, it is a popular tourist spot for Indians in summer and a magical, snow-covered place in winter. A staging point for a number of treks (Beas Kund, Chandrakhani Pass) and sports such as white-water rafting,
Arrive at Manali check-in at the hotel, Rest of the day is at leisure to visit the local markets overnight stay at the hotel at Manali.

Day 4

Day 4: Manali- Solang valley (Rohtang pass By Own Cost)

Solang Valley Rohtang Pass

Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Solang, Him Valley and Nehru Kund. Solang Valley is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow covered Himalayas, serene natural surrounding, pristine lake and fairy white snow round the year. In Solang Valley you can enjoy Adventure activities also i.e. PARAGLIDING, ZORBING, ROPE WAY and SKIING at own cost. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Dinner & Overnight stay. Please Note: Since the National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day. Rohtang pass will be on subject to availability of permit on the spot with additional cost on sharing basis or individual basis as per guest requirement & Rohtang is closed on every Tuesday.

Day 5

Day 5: Manali Local Sightseen

Manu Temple Hadimba Temple

After reaching Manali On arrival check in to the hotel, freshen up and out from hotel for sightseeing of local Manali. On this day visit-

• Vashisht Village/Temple
• Club House
• Van Vihar
• Mall Road
• Jogni Waterfall
In the evening return back to hotel and have dinner & overnight stay at the hotel in Manali

Day 6: Manali - Chandigarh / Delhi

On this day after breakfast check out from the hotel, and drive to Chandigarh. On arrival in Delhi, drop at Airport/Railway Station.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

If in case you wish to pre-pone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ pre-pone once (In case you inform 15 days advance through mail). However, after the first-time additional charges will be levied
Within 15 to7 days to your journey any pre-pone/postpone case company will charge 25% of the total package cost.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

25% of the total package cost within 45 to 30 days from date of departure
50% of the total package cost within 29 to 15 days from date of departure
75% of the total package cost within 14 to 7 days from date of departures
100% of the total package cost within 6 to 0 day from date of departure
20% of the total package cost + bank charges will be deducted if you have cancel your tour 45 days prior or you can take credit note for 6 months. (within one year you have to complete your journey, if there any changes in price you have to pay the difference)
There shall be no any kind of refund if you cancel your tour partially.
If there is any lockdown due to Covid-19 then there will be credit note for 6 months will be given to the customers.
Please note: Some hotels have their own credit note policy, then it will be as per hotels policy.

Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation.
If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms.
Rates are subject to change, without any prior notice.
Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule.
No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land slide or any destination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer directly.

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Check in time in hotel is 12:00 NOON & Check out time of the hotel is10:00 AM. (Early check in & Late checkout is subject to availability and hotel might charge you extra for it).
ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad
Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc available here cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e., 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
If you don't show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.
Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen Misshaping

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
