# Terms & Conditions
### 1. Booking & Confirmation
* A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by Melgian Expeditions.
* All bookings are subject to availability of accommodation, transportation and activities.
* The itinerary may be adjusted when necessary due to availability, weather, road conditions, park regulations or other circumstances beyond our control.
### 2. Payment
* A deposit may be required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance payable before the safari departure date.
* For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
* Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
### 3. Cancellation & Refunds
* Cancellation policies may vary depending on the accommodation providers and other suppliers involved.
* Cancellation charges may apply for bookings cancelled after confirmation.
* No refund will normally be provided for unused accommodation, meals, activities, park fees or transportation resulting from late arrival, early departure or voluntary changes to the itinerary.
* Any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable supplier and platform policies.
### 4. Accommodation
* Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
* The listed hotels/lodges may be replaced with properties of the same or similar standard if necessary.
* Room types are subject to availability.

### 5. Transportation
* Safari transportation will be provided using a suitable safari vehicle, such as a 4x4 Land Cruiser or safari van, depending on the confirmed package.
* Pickup and drop-off locations must be provided accurately by the client.
* The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, mechanical problems, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
### 6. Park Fees & Activities
* Park and conservation fees included in the package are based on the applicable rates at the time of booking.
* Any government-mandated increase in park fees or taxes after booking may be payable by the client where applicable.
* Optional activities not specifically listed under the package inclusions are at the client's own expense.
### 7. Meals & Special Requirements
* Meals are provided according to the itinerary and accommodation arrangements.
* Clients should inform Melgian Expeditions in advance of allergies, dietary restrictions or special meal requirements.
* Special meals may be subject to additional charges depending on the supplier.
### 8. Travel Documents & Insurance
* Clients are responsible for having valid passports, visas, travel permits and other required travel documents.
* Travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, baggage loss and other travel risks is strongly recommended.
* Melgian Expeditions is not responsible for costs arising from inadequate or missing travel documentation or insurance.
### 9. Wildlife & Safari Safety
* Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed.
* Clients must follow the instructions of the safari driver/guide and comply with all park safety regulations.
* Guests must remain inside the designated vehicle unless the guide confirms that it is safe to leave the vehicle.
* Feeding, approaching or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
### 10. Liability
* Melgian Expeditions will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in the package.
* The company is not liable for losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, flight disruptions or other force-majeure events.
### 11. Changes to the Itinerary
* Melgian Expeditions reserves the right to modify the itinerary when necessary for safety, operational or logistical reasons.
* Where possible, any substituted accommodation, activity or service will be of a similar or higher standard.
### 12. Client Responsibilities
* Clients are expected to respect local laws, cultures, communities, accommodation rules and wildlife regulations.
* Any damage caused by a client to hotel property, vehicles or other facilities may be charged directly to the client.
* Clients are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the safari.
### 13. Pricing
* The advertised package price is based on the services specifically stated in the package.
* **US$2,750 per person** is the advertised package price for this itinerary and is intended to include the stated applicable taxes and included services.
* Platform commissions, including Tour Travel World's applicable commission, are incorporated into the package pricing and are not charged separately to the client.
### 14. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
