Gurez Valley Trek is a crowning valley in Kashmir, the northernmost part of India. It is at an altitude of 13,185 ft, and it takes 38 kilometers to get there. This trek is well known for the change in topography, whether landscape or trees. The trek is gradual so that beginners can go on it. The tranquility of nature and wildlife will spellbind you. The local people of the Shina tribe living authentically in their old age houses made of logs and mud are the sights you will see. It has the same vistas as any other trek in Kashmir, with green mountains and alpine lakes. From the viewpoint above Gurez Valley, you will see the Habba Khatoon Mountain.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Srinagar Arrival

You are welcoming on the land of heaven on earth. Our representative will receive and transfer you to the guest house in srinagar. After check in will go for day long sightseeing famous mughal gardens and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2

Srinagar to Bungus valle< 99 K> 4 hours drive

After taking early breakfast will move To famous Bungus Valley. Which is in kupwara district. It is situated in the pir panjal range and is known for its breathtaking natural beauty, lush green forests and crystal clear streams. You will trek to chota bungus, kothas, grasslands. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 3

Lolab Valley Trek

After early breakfast in the morning. Will move to Lolab is a land of love and beauty. This place is known for its lush green forests and pastures. It is traversed by a stream known as lalkul. Water to lalkul is contributed by numerous tributaries flowing from surrounding hills. Which are clothed by dense forest of Deodar. Night at Lolab Valley.

Day 4

Srinagar To Gurez( 125 km) < 5 hrs Drive

You will be met by our representative / Driver at the Srinagar airport. He will assist and transfer you to the Gurez on a 5 day Trip. It takes 5 hours to reach Gurez. The first day of the Gurez valley trek is a scenic drive from Srinagar to Gurez. The drive winds up the breathtaking meadows, forests, valleys and the settlement of shepherds. At the time of reaching, you will check in the Guest house/ home stay at Gurez. It has an altitude of 13,185 ft. This trek is well known for changes in topography. After check in you will go to explore the local area.night stay in the guest house.

Day 5

Habba Khatoon trek, Khandayal lotuh < Trekking >

Dachigam National Park

Today after Breakfast, we will go for a long day trek. Today is the first day of the trek. The gradient of the day is easy . The walk is through the lush grasslands and the forest line of pine trees. Being in the middle of the Gurez Valley, Creating two equal halves, it is becoming one of the favorite and most visited places for sightseeing. The back is enclosed with the deep gorges of Astaan Naala and the steep s;ope of pine trees. On the front side, you can enjoy an alluring view of Gurez valley from Habba Khatoon Mountain to Khopri village. sightseeing: Dachigam National Park, Botanical garden and famous shrine Hazratbal. Overnight stay in a Guest house.

Day 6

Gurez - Srinagar-- 125 km , 5 hours drive

After having breakfast then move to Srinagar . in the evening will get one hour shikara ride.

Day 7

Departure Airport

After taking Breakfast, Will drive to Airport. you You will go back with a refreshed mind, body and soul.
