Payment Terms & Methods :

30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining 70% must be paid on the second day of the tour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation 30 days or more before departure allows adjustment to an alternative travel date (valid for 6 months).
Cancellation 15–29 days before departure permits a 50% adjustment toward a future travel date (valid for 6 months).
Cancellation 7–14 days before departure permits a 25% adjustment (valid for 3 months).
Cancellations less than 7 days before departure do not qualify for an alternative date.
In unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters or government restrictions), an alternative travel date will be offered (no refunds).
