Start early and head to the safari entry point. You will explore the jungle slow, from the back of mighty elephants. Enjoy watching the one-horned rhinos going about their daily life from close quarters. After the elephant safari, you will head out for a Jeep safari. Post which, you start for Meghalaya, the abode of clouds. On your way to Shillong, also known as the Scotland of the East, stop by at the gorgeous Umiam lake and soak in its grandeur. With Umiam done, head to your wonderfully located Khasi home-stay in Shillong and Shillong Half-day sightseeing - Lady Hydari Park, Butterfly Museum, Elephant Falls, Ward's Lake, Polo Ground (Depending upon a time). Overnight in Shillong.

Today after your breakfast at the resort, head off to Mawlynnong Village which is proud of itself to be the cleanest village in Asia. The cleanliness that this small village depicts is just commendable and inspiring. Trek to the oldest natural Root Bridge and give an adventurous touch to your trip. Enjoy the Sky Walk, which is an 85 ft bamboo structure and gives a panoramic view of not only the village but also of Bangladesh plains.
Next head towards Dawki, which lies on the banks of the Umngot river. Enjoy a beautiful boat ride in its crystal clear water amidst nature's gorgeous creation and feel its essence.

The morning after enjoying breakfast at the hotel we set off for the scenic town, Cherrapunji, well known for receiving the highest rainfall in the country which also treats you with some amazing scenery. Here the temperature is lower than Shillong and mostly covered with fog in the monsoon and summer.

Start your tour with a thrilling experience by exploring the Mawsmai Cave and getting amazed by mother nature's creation. Then get mesmerized by the beauty of the breathtaking falls of Nohkalikai Falls, Dainthlen Falls, and the Seven Sisters Falls. These waterfalls have their legends and watching them is not only a feast to the eye but also gives peace to the mind. By end of the day visit Eco Park which gives you the view of the majestic hills and the gorgeous falls.

Wake up and have breakfast. Later head out for the trek to The UNESCO world heritage site, the Architectural Marvel: Double Decker living routes bridge. Later Trek to the Rainbow falls, if time permits. Return to Cherrapunji by evening. Overnight stay at Cherrapunji.
