Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Arusha (No Game Drive)

  You will be met upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transferred to your lodge/hotel in Arusha. Enjoy dinner and rest as your elephant adventure awaits.

• Day 2 : Arusha – Tarangire National Park

  After breakfast, begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, home to some of the largest elephant populations in East Africa. Explore the park’s savannah and river systems, spotting herds of elephants alongside giraffes, lions, and buffalo. Overnight at a lodge with views over Tarangire’s wilderness.

• Day 3 : Full Day Tarangire Safari – Elephant Tracking

  Spend a full day inside Tarangire following the movements of elephants. Learn about their social behavior, feeding habits, and conservation challenges. Optional visit to a local elephant conservation project can be arranged. Overnight at the same lodge.

• Day 4 : Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

  Depart for Serengeti via the Ngorongoro highlands. Enjoy en-route game viewing and a scenic picnic lunch. Arrive in Serengeti and enjoy a short game drive in the evening. Settle into your safari camp in central Serengeti for the night.

• Day 5 : Full-Day Game Drive – Serengeti Elephant Herds

  Explore the plains of Serengeti in search of elephant herds, lions, leopards, and wildebeest. Your guide will help you identify family groups and observe interactions. Visit a seasonal elephant gathering area (based on timing). Optional hot air balloon safari in the morning.

• Day 6 : Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

  After breakfast and a game drive, depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with optional stops at Olduvai Gorge or a Maasai village. Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim with incredible views. Dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 7 : Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Manyara

  Descend into Ngorongoro Crater, where elephants, rhinos, and lions share space with flamingos and hippos. Enjoy a half-day game drive followed by lunch. In the afternoon, drive to Lake Manyara for your final overnight stay.
