Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

  Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, receive by Adventure Himalayan Travel representative and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu

  Breakfast at the hotel.
  AM: Early in the morning walk through vegetable market to see the real life.
  PM: Visit of main three Buddhist monasteries of Kathmandu between Boudh and Kapan. Overnight: Hotel.

• Day 3 : Holy place visit at Daschinkali

  Breakfast at the hotel.
  AM: Leave hotel for half day sightseeing of Dakshinkali Temple to see the animal sacrifices.
  PM: Leave hotel for half day sightseeing of Khokana (one non-touristic village). Overnight: Hotel.

• Day 4 : Village and city tour

  Breakfast at the hotel.
  AM: Visit of Pyang Gaon (village) of Chapagaon, walk up to Bajrabarahi Temple (30-40 minutes walk).
  PM: Visit of Patan City. Overnight: Hotel.

• Day 5 : Nagarkot and Hiking tour at Sankhu village

  Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of Nagarkot and walk up to Sankhu village. Pick up at Sankhu and transfer to hotel. Boudhnath Stupa by night with Buddhist monques. Overnight: Hotel.

• Day 6 : Kathmandu to Dhulikhel and hike tour Panauti

  Breakfast at the hotel. Drive Kathmandu to Dhulikhel and walk up to Panauti (3.5 hours). Pick up at Panauti and drive Panauti to Dhulikhel. Overnight: Dhulikhel.

• Day 7 : Dhulikhel to Kathmandu

  Breakfast at the hotel. Drive Dhulikhel to Kathmandu. Enroute visit Bhaktapur City and free time in Kathmandu. Overnight: Hotel.

• Day 8 : Departure

  Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Pashupatinath Temple and departure transfer direct to International Airport from Pashupatinath Temple for your onward flight.

Other Terms & Conditions :
The following booking conditions apply to all trips operated by Adventure Himalayan Travels.
The agreement
While you are complete to booked the tour with Adventure Himalayan Travels then booking a tour you confirm that you agree to and value, on behalf of yourself and all members of your group, our terms and conditions as well as the details that are part of this tour. You are responsible for entering the correct information on the booking form.
Your booking will be confirmed with the invoice that we’ll be sent to you. The invoice is also the confirmation of the tour.
Paying for the Tour/Trekking/others service
After booking the tour on the internet, we will send you confirmation of your booking via email. A deposit of 20% of the full amount due has to be paid within 10 days.
The full amount has to be paid while you are arriving in Kathmandu. The client will receive the travel documents by email seven days before departure.
If the client did not pay the deposit within 10 days being paid the booking confirmation, the full amount has to be paid while you are arriving in Kathmandu; Adventure s. Himalayan Travels is tolerable to cancel the agreement after sending the client a reminder state a time limit by which the payment has to be made. After the particular time limit runs out the customer is liable for the relevant cancellation fee.

Health:
Good health and physical fitness is required on all trips.
Insurance
It is a condition while booking a trek with Adventure Himalayan Travels that travelers/trekkers have to be secluded by insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and lots of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for a trek does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering. Rescue insurance is not available in Nepal.
Payment:
We require US$ 20% deposit per person 30 days before the starting date of the trek. Though we do not require it, we would be grateful for payment in full before you arrive in Nepal.
Cancellation:
In the event you cancel the trips the following charges will be made:
More than 30 days in advance: US$ 35% per person.
Less than 30 days in advance: US$ 55% per person.
On or after the starting date: no refund will be made.
Refunds
There will be no refunds if a passenger leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, after it has begun. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.
Delays and Itinerary Changes.
The passenger specially agree that Adventure Himalayan Travels shall not be held responsible for any delays or changes in itineraries caused by an act, omission or other circumstances on the part of domestic airlines or helicopter companies in Nepal; the trekkers/travelers understand that such situations may occur, and that we will not be able to inform them of each possible problem.
Responsibility:
We reserve the right to refuse to continue to carry any passenger(s) cause inconvenience to or annoyance to other travelers/trekkers, or creating difficulty that would hamper the smooth running of a trip. We shall not be legally responsible for any loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings, or any essential losses resulting there from. If a traveler/trekker is injured or becomes ill, all evacuation and hospital expenses, doctors’ fees and repatriation costs are the traveler/trekker’s responsibility, and Adventure Himalayan Travels shall not be legally responsible for any refund of the tour fare.
It is the traveler/trekker’s responsibility to have valid passports and all visas and equipment that may be necessary on the selected tour. We do not accept responsibility for failure to obtain these visas for any reason, and do not accept responsibility for any passports or documents left with us for this purpose.
Price Changes:
The prices quoted by Sony Travels are based on airfares, exchange rates and costs in effect on the date shown. We reserve the right to alter our prices if these rates change substantially. We may also apply surcharges in the event of significant changes in airfare, government regulations and taxes. We cannot make refunds to traveler/trekker who is adversely affected by changes in exchange rates.
Assumption of Risk:
The explorer/trekker understand that during the itinerary of the tour, certain risks and dangers may occur, including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities, and the forces of nature. The traveler/trekker agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of traveler/trekker, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler/trekker during the course of the trip, howsoever caused.
Complaints
If you have cause for complaint whilst on tour, trekking you must bring it to the attention of tour while you finished you tour on the right hand. We will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
If a problem remains unresolved during your tour, you should write a complaint, within one month of your return date (the last day of the journey that is mentioned in the contract is the binding date) of the completion of the tour. Please remember to quote your booking reference and daytime telephone number.
