Krishna Air Travel will not be responsible for any financial loss that may be incurred by the passengers in case the helicopter does not operate due to bad weather, technical or any other unforeseen reasons. However, we will try to offer passengers an option to travel the next day. In such cases the passengers will be charged Rs. 1, 000 for vehicle retention and hotel accommodation for 1 extra night. Alternatively, the passengers may make their own arrangements for accommodation in Sonmarg. Passengers shall be entitled for a full refund of the airfare only, in case they are unable to undertake the helicopter journey due to the above mentioned reasons. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
