In case of Family wise (Minimum 3 heads) in a Double Bedded Room, 4 heads in a Triple Bedded Room. In case of Triple Bedded Room, sometime floor mattress may be provided.
Railway Berth depends completely on Railway Authorities. Food during Train journey Completely on Railway Catering or own arrangement.
If there are any increase in Railways & Bus Fare, the Difference amount has to be borne by the party. Booking of seat means that the passengers has accepted the terms and conditions of LOTUS TOURS & TRAVELS knowing it. Clearly.
50% amount should be paid within 10th March, 2014. Rest of 30% amount should be paid within 15th April, 2014. Finally the 20% should be paid before 10 days of journey date.
If any cancellation before 45 days then 20% amount will be deducted from his paid amount. Cancellation before 30 days then 50% amount will be deducted from his paid amount. Cancellation before 15 days then 80% amount will be deducted from his paid amount.
Incase the tour will be cancelled by LOTUS TOURS & TRAVELS then all the paid amount will be refunded to the parties & no compensation shall be given to this effect.
The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.
PAN CARD ARE NOT APROVED FOR ID PROOF.
