Cusco, World Cultural Heritage is one of the most visited places today, due to the amount of important archaeological remains and tourist attractions. The sacred valley of the Incas houses peoples with ancestral knowledge and wisdom who domesticated, grains and seeds, and tell stories on their looms.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : CUSCO - CHINCHERO - CHEQOQ - MORAY - MARAS

  Departure from Cusco in the morning, we will visit the interactive textiles in Chinchero (process of craft textile production, coloration, iconography, the weaving looms tell the stories of the communities ). Next, we go on with the sight of the archeological sites of Cheqoq and Moray, the center of agricultural Inca experimentation in Maras as well as the colonial Temple. Go on with the sight of Salineras, salt mines with exploitation and communal administration.
• Day 2 : LUNCH SUMAK

  Right after the professional guides explanations, we will have Sumak Andean lunch, which is offered by the Association of “Mujeres Artesanas Sumak Huaycuy Llankaska”, group of craftswomen that are keeping the technologies of typical dishes preparation of the zone that they have inherited from their ancestors and they use natural products of the zone that come from local farmers, while enjoying the gastronomic experience you will be able to learn the importance of the Andean products that are cultivated, grown and harvested in accordance with the mother earth.
