From your camp in Tarangire National Park depart for Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive. As you enter the National Park, lush forests of Acacia and Mahogany trees begin to set the mood for what is waiting ahead. The game drive will go on till evening with a small break for a picnic lunch. During the game drive watch out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and blue monkeys. Another spectacle of Lake Manyara National Park is the tree-climbing lions, however spotting them is a game of luck. You can see the shoreline turning pink with millions of flamingos flocking in Lake Manyara. Post the game drive, you will head back to your lodge where a delicious dinner awaits you. With bated breath, you might catch a glimpse of the elusive leopard, stealthily navigating the treetops, or the swift cheetah, showcasing its remarkable agility during a hunt. And then there are the iconic lions, majestic and powerful, embodying the circle of life as they play their vital role as top predators. You will have a picnic lunch at a picnic site. Early in the morning descend to Ngorongoro Crater to spot animals when they are still more active. The famous Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s seven natural wonders. The crater was formed two million years ago when a vast volcano erupted. The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem, now home to the highest concentration of animals found anywhere in Africa! Once in the crater, thousands of animals such as lions, zebras, buffalos and black rhinos surround you, and the views are astounding. Stop for picnic lunch near hippo pool, then continue for afternoon game drive. In late afternoon ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha where you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport to fly back home. Accommodation:Kibo Palace Hotel or similar.
