Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive at Vienna

  Arrive at Vienna and we shall transfer you to hotel by Pvt vehicle. Check in after 14:00 hrs. Day is free to explore Vienna - a Capital city on your own using Hop On Hop Off bus pass. Visit Mariahilfer Strasse a major shopping avenue in Vienna or stroll along the local Farmers market Naschmarkt. You must try Apple Strudel and Sacher Torte when you are in Vienna.

• Day 2 : Vienna sightseeing

  Today enjoy half day city tour of Vienna. This guided tour shall give you insight into Viennas great culture and history. Main highlight of this tour will be visit to Schonbrunn Palace and its gardens. Post this tour you can explore Vienna using hop on hop off bus pass. You may visit Museum quarter, Mariahilfer strasse, Ringstrasse and Old town. You may also enjoy horse riding shows at Spanish riding school -optional.

• Day 3 : Vienna to Salzburg by train - 2.5 hrs

  Check out and proceed to Vienna central station. Board a train from Vienna to Salzburg. Arrive at Salzburg and collect your Salzburg card from station premises by showing your voucher. With Salzburg card you have free unlimited travel on public transport such as trams and buses. You also shall have free access to cable car to Unterberg - a local mountain of Salzburg and funicular to Salzburg castle. Evening you may opt for an unforgettable Musical experience at Mozart concert including dinner.

• Day 4 : Saltmine and Lakes and Mountain tour

  In first half of the day enjoy Saltmine tour. Take a breathtaking ride from the city of Salzburg into the Bavarian Alps along the Kings Lake-Ache up to the Obersalzberg, where the second headquarters of Third Reich used to be. Afterwards, the tour continues to its highlight – the 500 year old salt mines at Berchtesgaden. Slip into traditional miners’ clothes and take the miners’ train deep into the mountain. Experience the fascinating underground world of the salt-miners. Take the slides down to the salt lake which you will be crossing by boat. After this unique tour you will have the opportunity to explore the little picturesque town of Berchtesgaden tasting some Bavarian specialties.
  
  After noon take a trip to the romantic Lake District Salzkammergut. The tour will leave Salzburg and pass by Lake Fuschl with castle Fuschl, now a five star hotel, on its shores. Explore the little town of St. Gilgen and enjoy a 45-minute boat ride to St. Wolfgang. At St. Wolfgang your guide will show you the famous pilgrimage church with its carved gothic winged altar by Michael Pacher. There will be some time to explore the picturesque town. We continue our journey along the Krottensee with castle Hüttenstein and drive along Lake Mondsee before we return to Salzburg.

• Day 5 : Salzburg to Innsbruck by Train - Travel time 2 hrs

  Check out and proceed to Salzburg train station and board a train to Innsbruck. On arrival at Innsbruck station proceed to your hotel by walk or a bus. You have unlimited free access to public trams and buses in Innsbruck due to Innsbruck card. Day is free to explore Innsbruck as per your choice. Enjoy a funicular and cable car ride to Nordkette mountain peak. Then visit Alpine zoo and finally spend time in Innsbruck town with visit to Golden roof at Innsbruck old town. All these activities are free using Innsbruck card.

• Day 6 : Innsbruck Sightseeing

  Today use your Innsbruck card which allows unlimited travel on public transport of buses and trams. This card also allows free entrance to cable cars and funicular, free shuttle bus to Wattens and entrance to Sworvski Crystal world. You also can take a scenic tram to village Igls.
  
  You also can take a 1 hour free guided tour of Innsbruck and cable car to Nordkette and then visit Alpine zoo.

• Day 7 : Say good bye to Austria

  Check out from hotel before 12:00 hrs. We shall transfer you to airport by Pvt Van. Board your onward flight with great memories to cherish.
