Day 1 Airport Pick Up Service – Transfer Hotel

Welcome to Bali…!!! Arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport Bali, Immigration clearance (need around 1,5 – 2 hours for collect baggage & immigration procedure) Meet & great with your tour driver cum tour assistance, welcome procession with flower garland. Transfer to hotel for check in procedure - refresh your body – Free leisure.

Day 2 Tanjung Benoa Water Sport – Pandawa Beach - Uluwatu Sunset Tours (b)

Breakfast at Hotel, pick up time at 09:00am for south Bali Tours with watersport activity at Tanjung Benoa beach: Tanjung Benoa Water sport: -for having Water Sports activity. The water sports such us Banana Boat, Jet Ski, Parasailing, Sea Walker, Bali Flying Fish, Bali Glass Bottom Boat and Bali Turtle Islands Tour, etc. is great experience to do marine activities for spend your holiday, you will experience the fun of water activity. (personal cost based on activity) Pandawa Beach: Located in southern Bali is a peaceful escape known for its stunning natural beauty and local charm. Day 3 Ubud Village – Ubud Bali Swing - Kintamani – Coffee Plantation (b)

Breakfast at your hotel, pick up at 09:00am by your tour driver for full day tours and will be visiting: Ubud Palace: -was an important building in the 1800s, when the top Balinese artists were flocking to Ubud to show off their skills. Don’t expect something huge and grand like Buckingham Palace. This is more of a mini palace, and you could walk through the whole thing in 15 minutes. there’s a lot of great art and culture to soak up here, so take it slowly and pay attention to the details. Ubud Art Market: It is an important building in the 1800s, when the top Balinese artists were flocking to Ubud to show off their skills. Don’t expect something huge and grand like Buckingham Palace. This place is very famous and visited by many tourists every day. Coffee Plantation: Visiting natural of the coffee-making process in Luwak Coffee plantation. The process of drying the coffee beans are still using sunlight. roasting coffee beans are still using natural tools such as pan made of clay and the roasting process uses heat from firewood. Day 4 One Day West Nusa Penida Island Tours (b, L)

Early morning pick up 06:30am by your tour driver, breakfast box will provide by hotel, transfer to Sanur seaport to take a fast boat to Nusa Penida Island, don’t forget to bring changing/extra clothes, hat, glasses, sun block, etc.-Full Day West Nusa Penida Island Tours: will be visiting: Kelingking Beach Broken Beach - Angel Bilabong & Crystal Bay beach. + Local lunch includes in Nusa Penida Island (Veg/Non-Veg) Note: Please understand that Nusa Penida Island is a newly developed favorite tourism area, the facilities will not be the same as in Bali, vehicles, roads, restaurants, driver, etc. Afternoon after finished the trips crossing back to main land Bali – Drive back to your hotel & Free leisure.

Check-in time in the hotel is 1400 hours and check-out is 1200 hours.
Once an airline ticket is issued, penalty charges will be applicable for the date change.
There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such a situation the tour manager and the driver will do their best to drop you
as near to the monuments as possible.
The registration amount paid at the time of booking is not refundable and interest-free.
No refund can be entertained for any expenses incurred for the passengers due to circumstances beyond our control such
as ight cancellation, airport closure, delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation,
supplier policies etc.
The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this
case, the amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full and no compensation claim will be entertained.
Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change/modify/vary and alter the tour
itinerary. In such changes, compensations or claims for rea fund by the passengers will not be entertained by the company
for limitation and also for the non-availability of certain services with entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, etc.
even though included in the tour itinerary.
Single Passenger travelling, have to share a room either on a twin or triple sharing basis depending on the availability. If we
do not have another single passenger to share the room, a Single Supplement with additional cost is applicable.
The tariff of the tour quotation is calculated based on the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. Club Travalet reserves
the right to modify the tariff in the event of any change in the said rates before the date of departure.
Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding ights at places other than
Cochin have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear and pay any other additional expenses including airport transfers,
hotel stay, etc. on that account.
The offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle, and other services may change accordingly and the difference amount has to be
borne by the passenger. The company takes care to select hotels and book the same on behalf of tourists at convenient
locations subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in the same hotel, the company has the right to split the
accommodation in different hotels.
Hotel accommodation is generally provided on a twin/double sharing basis in standard rooms and the third bed is often a
roll-away mattress put in a twin-bedded room. Air-conditioning, central heating, and other facilities are provided by the
hotels depending upon various factors including weather / climatic conditions, local laws, etc.
As a Travel House / Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping
Companies, Hotels, Local Transport, or any other facilities provided by third parties. The company is not responsible for the
delays or deciencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any
control over the schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.
In the computerized reservation system of Airlines seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to
travel by the same seat provided by Airline.
The guests are requested to collect Air tickets, Visas, and other travel documents from the respective office of the club
traveler, only after making the full payment, from where they have booked their tour. No tickets will be sent by courier. Any
damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers.
There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, ight delay, or cancellation of ight, etc. not utilized on the
tour.
The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity,
delay, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (Management reserves the right to
claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions,
strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the
passengers).
Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
Any tour package cancelled under a Force majeure situation ie; tour packages cancelled or unable to operate on account of
reasons beyond our control (Eg: Pandemic situation), the amount received from the customers after deducting all expenses
which are not recoverable in any manner will be kept in customer credit (Credit Shell) and provide the facility to utilize the
same credit note value towards booking future tour packages.
Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats, failure to provide meals as required by the guest; quality of meal,
loss of baggage, Allotment of seats for group booking, etc

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
A registration deposit of INR 5000 at the time of booking will not be refunded under any
circumstance. You have booked group tour where CLUB TRAVALET requires to book services
like hotel, air, transportation etc. in advance.
