Bandhavgarh National Park is one of the popular national parks in India located in the Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh. Bandhavgarh is a legendry place and is having mythological importance. Bandhav + Garh, ‘Bandhav’ in english means the brother and Garh means the fort, so the name of bandhavgarh means the brother fort. The name of the reserve was due to the presence of ancient fort on the mountain. It was believed that lord Rama has gifted the fort to his younger brother lord lakshmana. This park has a large biodiversity. The density of the tiger population at Bandhavgarh is one of the highest known in India. The park has a large breeding population of Leopards, and various species of deer. Maharaja Sachin Singh Baghel of Rewa captured a white tiger in this region in 1951. This white tiger, Mohan, is now stuffed and on display in the palace of the Maharajas of Rewa.

Day 1

Mumbai – Jabalpur

All Participants have to report at the Kalyan Railway Station on platform No. 04 at 13.25 pm. Depart from Mumbai to Jabalpur by Garibrth (Train No 12188) at 14.25 pm. (Bring Tiffin for Dinner OR Take Dinner in Railway at Own Cost)
Overnight Train Journey (3 AC)

Day 2

Jabalpur to Bandhavgarh (200 kms, 5 Hours)

Reach Jabalpur by 05.55 am. Refresh in a Train & Take a Breakfast at own cost. Move to Bandhavgarh immediately by A.C. Bus. Reach at Resort around 11.30 pm. After Room Allotment Have a Lunch by 01.30 pm. Evening Nature Trail. Dinner around 20.30 pm.

Day 3

Morning & Evening Jungle Safari

Wake up call by 4.30 am. We will start our Jungle Safari by 6 am to 10.30 am (Packed Breakfast will be given in Jungle rest area). Return to Resort around 10 am. After safari Take a Bath & Relax at Resort. Lunch around 1 pm. Take a Rest in Afternoon. Get Ready for Evening Jungle Safari by 3.00 pm & will come back to resort around 06.30 pm. Campfire or Activities & Dinner by 8.30 pm.

Bandhavgad – Bhedaghat (200 kms, 5 hours)

Bhedaghat

After Breakfast move to Bhedaghat. Free time to Bhedaghat. Lunch at Bhedaghat [Provided by HST :- Thali System]. After move for Jabalpur. Board Mumbai Garibrath Express (3 AC) (Train No. 12187) From Jabalpur Railway Station by 19.50 pm.

Day 6

Reach Kalyan at 10.57 pm. with Happy Memories.

Note: Train & Bandhavgarh Jungle Safari booking is confirmed only after submitting your Photo ID before 122 days OR till seats available due to Centralized reservation system.

Tips For Jungle Safari

Dull and camouflaging colours like green, brown etc. must be worn during the Bandhavgarh Jungle safari. Please avoid bright colours.
Familiarize yourself to new shoes before bringing them to the camp. Shoes must be large enough so that you can wriggle your toes with socks on.
Please avoid perfumes, Deodorants, scented oils on Bandhavgarh Jungle safari as these disturb the wild animals.
Carry a dull coloured dupatta /scarf to cover your ears and nose during the travel, Bandhavgarh Jungle safari.
For winter season be sure to bring along your pullovers, jerkins/ wind cheaters, shawls, monkey caps, gloves etc. Bandhavgarh Jungle safari rides can be very chilled.
Wildlife sightings are a matter of chance but you can increase the probability of sightings by keeping absolutely quiet.
Do not make Tiger sighting an obsession. You may miss many wonderful animals and birds in the bargain.
Keep our wilderness clean. Please carry all non-biodegradable (plastic) waste back with you.
Do not litter on the trails.

Rules & Regulations : – During Any Type Of Event

During the Camp all the participants should obey all the Instructions and Decisions taken by the authorised representative of Hill Spring Traveller or Camp Leader.
During any type of event, in case of any dispute for whatsoever reasons, the decision of the Camp Leader or authorized representative of Hill Spring Traveller shall be final and binding on all the participants. The Participants shall be solely liable for the Risks, Responsibilities and Consequences.
In case of any medical Ailments, Disorders, etc. which the participants are suffering or have suffered from, it is his / her responsibility to inform the organisers in advance, before commencement of the Camp or Trek.
If required, the participant(s) will have to take medical treatment from the or Hospital. The expenses for all medical treatment and arrangements for the same will be solely borne by the participant only. The Camp Leader or the authorised representative shall have complete discretion to continue the camp Doctor / attendant available on the campsite or from the nearest available Medical centre without the participant(s) suffering from medical problem.
Consumption of Liquor, Tobacco products, Cigarette etc. is strictly prohibited during any type of Events. The trek / event will be considered over only when we are back to our decided arrival place.
Participants should not Deface or Damage any monument by writing or scribbling on them. Any breach of the above two rules will be taken seriously, and will be removed from the Trek or Camp, and No refund is admissible in such cases.
Half Pants strictly not allowed in Hill Spring Traveller while Trekking. ¾ OR Track pant would be better for Trekking. Avoid Jean Pant for inconvenience in Walking / Climbing. A Shoe having a Good grip will be Preferable.
In case of any Injury, Sickness, Accident, Death or Any other casualty or Loss or Damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; Hill Spring Traveller, it’s instructors, organisers, volunteers or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly, shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of the participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.
If the participants have enrolled for the activities like wildlife camping or any type of adventure sports activity, then all the Risks and Responsibilities related to and arising from such activities shall be solely upon such participants and Hill Spring Traveller shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.

Tour Rules & Regulations

Don’t throw any Plastic waste anywhere. It is Punishable upto Rs. 500/- Per Piece.
Hill Spring Traveller hereinafter referred to as the company, does Railway / Air ticketing at Extra Cost. In case of fluctuations in bus/ train/ air fares, the same shall be borne by the tour participant as an additional cost.
In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the Tour Manager has discretionary powers to modify the route or cancel the tour.
The company reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be refunded after deducting the actual costs. but no compensation claim will be entertained.
If the tour participant is travelling by Air/Rail on tickets/schedule not arranged by the company, it will be sole responsibility of the tour participant to join the group at the right time and place. In any circumstances the company and the Tour Manager shall not be responsible for the tour participant, before joining the group.
If there are less than 15 participants in a group, the road travel will be done by Sumo / Qualis / Tempo Traveller. In such a case seat numbers may change. Also the Backside Sea of Sumo / Tevera / Qualis is not Driver facing. Any argument related to that case will not be entertained.
There will be separate rules and regulations for different schemes announced by the company from time to time. These will be supplement to the main terms and conditions and will be informed to passengers at the time of booking under those schemes.
The company may arrange shooting during tours (stills / video). The tour participants shall have no objection to the shot material being used as publicity material by the company.
Cheques / Demand drafts should be drawn in favour of “Hill Spring Traveller”, payable at Mumbai.
I have read the rules and regulations and I understand and accept the same and hence I have signed below today.

Booking Procedure

Hill Spring Traveller reserve all rights of admission for any type of Trek / Tour / Event announced by Hill Spring Traveller.
Booking for all events will be done on first come first served basis.
Bookings for all the events are to be made at the office of Hill Spring Traveller by paying the fees and filling up the Registration form duly signed by the Participant.
Hill Spring Traveller reserve all rights to change the venue / dates / schedule or cancel the event if any unforeseen problem arises or if the management things so.
Participants, who have registered online for any type of event, must pay the prescribed booking amount before last date of Registration mentioned in Tour details. If the payment is not made within given period, then the registration shall be deemed to be cancelled.
Any Incidental / Additional expenses incurred during the any type of event shall be borne by the concerned participants.

No Refund For Tours

Railway Booking: It is not possible for Hill Spring Traveller to ensure that the Group / Participants will get Railway Reservations (reserved for Participants on their behalf) together or in the same compartment because of random seat allotment by Railway Computerised System. It is not possible for Hill Spring Traveller to ensure that all groups will come in same compartment.
It is assumed that you have accepted all the terms, conditions and undertakings, when you enroll for an event.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

Hill Spring Traveller reserve all rights to restrict or cancel the admission of particular participant or a group.
Advance Payment :- 50% at the time of booking.

Balance Payment
Balance payment before 15 days of the departure date of event.
If the balance payment is not made within the stipulated time period, the registration will get canceled and refund will be given according to the Cancellation Policy of Hill Spring Traveller.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

30 Days before the Date of Departure – 25% of Regular Charges.
Within 30 Days but before 10 Days of the Date of Departure – 50% of Regular Charges.
Within 10 Days but before the Date of Departure – NO REFUND
For Airfare:It will be depending on Airlines Policy + Rs.500 per head as our Service Charges.
For Train: As per Train rules + Rs.500 as our Service Charge.
In case the participant(s) have booked air tickets / railway tickets / bus tickets or hired a taxi in for the tour (or its extension), through us, then the refund paid by the airline authorities / railway authorities / bus operator / taxi operator shall be forwarded to the participants after deducting the processing charges, in case of cancellation made for the tour by the participant or tour being cancelled by Hill Spring Traveller.

Cancellation and Refund Rules

Please Read Carefully the Cancellation Rules.
Any cancellation by participant(s) must be communicated to Hill Spring Traveller Office in writing. The refund, if any, will be given after 7 days but before 15 days when the concerned event is over, irrespective of the date when the cancellation has been communicated to us. Verbal cancellation will not be taken into consideration.
Refund will be paid only by cash / cheque, irrespective of your mode of payment and subject to the amount of refund.
Transfer of booking will be permitted where feasible and will be at the discretion of the Management.
Hill Spring Traveller reserve all rights to change or modify the Event / Camp. Hill Spring Traveller reserve all rights to prepone or postpone the event and Hill Spring Traveller shall not be liable to refund booking charges in such a case.
Hill Spring Traveller reserve all rights to cancel any Event / Camp. In that case only, all amounts accepted as Event Charges only will be refunded, within 15 days from date of cancellation.
The Event / Camp may be cancelled due to any type of unpredictable reasons or any type of Natural or technical problem beyond control of Hill Spring Traveller, then no refund shall be payable.
Verbal cancellation will not be taken into consideration. It must be in writing & requires prior Receipts.
Hill Spring Traveller shall not be responsible for losses incurred for the AIR / TRAIN / BUS bookings, or any extension to the any type of tour / Trek / event done by the clients, either independently or through us arising due to cancellation in the event by Hill Spring Traveller. In such cases, only the Amount accepted as event / tour Charges will be refunded.
Hill Spring Traveller reserves all rights to cancel any type of event / Tour. In that case, Money will be refunded after deducting ‘Non-refundable costs’ (such as Air / Railway reservation cancellation charges, Tour arrangements charges, Accommodation Cancellation charges, Safari Booking Charges) Remaining amount will be refunded within 15 days from date of cancellation of such Event / Tour.
Disputes, if any, will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
