• PAYMENT TERMS When a Collection Is made: Collection per person SH: Short Haul Fixed Departure Tours - SH Minimum Booking Amount: - 30% of booking amount (Exclusive of GST) 45 Days from the departure: - 75% of Booking Amount (Exclusive of GST) 30 Days from the departure: - 100% of Booking Amount (Exclusive of GST) LH: Long Haul Fixed Departure Tours, Char-Dham Helicopter Tours, Nepal Tours, Bhutan Tours Holiday Package Tours in India, Car, Vans, Jeeps, Tempo Traveller & Coach Rentals Minimum Booking Amount:- 40% of booking amount (Exclusive of GST) 45 Days from the departure:- 75% of Booking Amount (Exclusive of GST) 30 Days from the departure:- 100% of Booking Amount (Exclusive of GST) CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR PACKAGE TOURS SH- SHORT HAUL FIXED DEPARTURE TOURS: For Fixed Departure Package Tours (seat in coach basis) 30% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 05 Clear Days of the departure 90% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 03 Days of the departure. No Refund will be given if cancelled within 72 hrs. of the departure date LH-LONG HAUL FIXED DEPARTURE TOURS: 40% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 30 clear days of departure date 50% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 21 clear days of departure date. No Refund will be given if cancelled within 20 clear days of the departure date Note: In regard to BK-H, YGBK-H & AMAR-VH, the cancellation rules are applicable as per BK-AC, YGBK-AC, and AMAR-V on tour cost and the cancellation charges of Helicopter would be as per the rules of the respective Helicopter company. No refund for No shows after the commencement of the tour or delayed arrivals of participants for whatsoever reasons CAR, VANS, JEEPS, TEMPO TRAVELER & COACH RENTALS 25 % package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 72 hours prior the departure time. 50 % package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 48 hours prior the departure time. 80 % package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 24 hours prior the departure time. No Refund will be given if cancelled within 24 hours of departure time.
