The complete payment should be made by the guest 7 days in advance before the start of the trip
After the start of the tour accommodating changes to the itinerary is not possible and any cost implications occurring should be borne by the guest
All personal expenses like pony ride, horse ride, boating, rafting, laundry, telephone, shopping, tips and other miscellaneous expenses of personal nature.
Any kind of entrance fees of any monuments, sightseeing points, Camera fees is extra wherever applicable

Pick and drop from Srinagar and vehicle for sightseeing
Local sightseeing as per the itinerary

Below are the cancellation charges which will be applicable in case the customer cancels the trip due to avoidable/ unavoidable circumstances.

• Minimum Rs 5000 of the package  cost if canceled anytime after booking confirmation


• 20% of the package cost if canceled before 15 days start the trip


• 30% of the package cost if canceled before 7 days start the trip


• 60% of the package cost if canceled before 3 days of start the trip


• 100% of the package cost if canceled within 3 days to 1-day start the trip


• Bookings are non-refundable for Super Peak Holidays  like Holi, Diwali weeks, Dussehra week, 25th April to 5th June and 20th Dec -5th Jan
