Early morning after breakfast, depart to Neil Island by govt cruise. Neil is a small island and can be easily traversed on a bicycle. So far our frivolity could not lead us to the white sand tropical paradise yet we had not faltered and decided to give a final shot to Sitapur beach (Beach 5) which lies on an extreme end of the Island Bharatpur beach is right at the Neil island jetty (about half a kilometer) and is wide, white beach. Most of the tourists visit this beach in the morning hours and do snorkeling as in the evening they get to watch the sunset at Laxmanpur beach.. Neil Island also dips into siesta. Finding a lunch can be tricky at times while everyone asleep but I was lucky to get one open restaurant on the way to Beach.
Beach 1 (Laxmanpur Beach) is a long stretch of white sand and considered as the most beautiful beach of the Island Natural bridge: A small strip of land that connects the mainland to a small(3*3) island of sorts . Evening departure through Private/govt Cruise to PortBlair.
