Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Jammu- Katra.

  Welcome to your 'Kashmir Tour, Arrive Jammu. Upon arrival you will be met by our representative and drive to Katra. The distance is about 50 kms, will be covered in about 2 hours, upon arrival in Katra you will be transferred to the hotel. Katra is the starting point for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Overnight in hotel.

• Day 2 : Katra- Vaishno Devi katra

  Early in the morning we proceed further to visit the Holy temple of Vaishno Devi. This temple is situated on the top of the hill. To visit this temple one has to hire a pony or travel by foot. From Katra the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage is about 12 kms. After visiting the temple we return back to Katra the same day. Overnight in hotel.

• Day 3 : Katra to Pahalgam

  Morning: After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey to Pahalgam. The town, at 2,133 meters, is known as "The Valley of Shepherds" and is a popular destination for trekkers.

  Saffron Fields: Stop to see the famous saffron fields.
  Bat Factory: Visit the Bat Factory.
  Apple Gardens: Explore the lush apple gardens.
  Awantipur Ruins: Visit the 1100-year-old temple of Lord Vishnu, built by King Avantiverma.
  Enjoy the scenic countryside, rice fields, and views along the way.
  Arrival in Pahalgam: Check into your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  
  Note: Local Union vehicles of Pahalgam are required for sightseeing in places like Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari, and these are at your direct expense. Outside vehicles are not allowed for sightseeing within Pahalgam city.

• Day 4 : Exploring Pahalgam

  Morning: After breakfast, set out for sightseeing around Pahalgam.
  Chandanwari: Visit Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra. It’s a picturesque spot with significant religious importance.
  Betaab Valley: Visit Betaab Valley, named after the Bollywood movie Betaab, which was shot in this stunning location.
  Afternoon: Visit Aru Valley, a beautiful spot known for its meadows, mountains, and trekking routes. It's located about 11 km from Pahalgam and is a base camp for treks to the Kolahoi Glacierand Tarsar Lake.
  Evening: Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
  
  Note: As mentioned earlier, sightseeing in Pahalgam must be done with local taxis, and all outside vehicles can only pick up and drop off from the hotel.

• Day 5 : Pahalgam to Srinagar

  After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey back to Srinagar.
  Once you arrive in Srinagar, check into your hotel and take some time to freshen up and relax.
  
  Visit Shalimar Bagh
  Start your exploration by visiting Shalimar Bagh, one of the most iconic Mughal gardens in Srinagar.
  Known as the "Crown of Srinagar," this garden is a serene retreat, famous for its meticulously designed layout, fountains, and lush greenery.
  
  Explore Nishat Bagh
  Next, head to Nishat Bagh, located on the banks of Dal Lake.
  It’s the largest Mughal Garden in Kashmir and offers breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The garden is beautifully terraced, with

  Morning: Scenic Drive to Gulmarg
  After a hearty breakfast, set off for a picturesque drive to Gulmarg, passing by willow trees, sparkling streams, and lush green meadows. Known as the "Meadow of Flowers," Gulmarg is a breathtaking destination, surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks and dense forests of tall conifers, fir, and pine trees.
  Midday: Explore Gulmarg's Natural Beauty
  Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the beauty of the lush meadows. You can take a leisurely stroll or opt for a pony ride (at your own expense) across the verdant landscape. Don’t miss a visit toone of the world’s highest golf courses, where you can marvel at the stunning panoramic views.

  We will drive from Srinagar to Doodhpathri on the second day of your Kashmir tour itinerary.Doodhpathri is a hill station in Kashmir that is popular with tourists due to the presence of the Greater Himalayan Mountain Range in India. Doodhpathri, also known as the “Valley of Milk,” is a popular tourist destination in Jammu and Kashmir. You will enjoy the day there and come back to Srinagar Hotel at night.

• Day 8 : Srinagar –Sonmarg- Srinagar

  Morning : After breakfast proceed for your day excursion to Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold). Onthe way one can enjoy the beauty of the Sind valley. Sonmarg is at a height of 2690mts above sea level. The blooming Valley has been chiseled over the ages by the mighty Indus River. Major trekking routes begin from here. Two Lakes – Gadsar and Satsar are on the periphery of Sonmarg.
  Sonmarg is sheer scenic splendour. The very way- metalled road snakes through massive mountains laden with firs and forests. Arrive Sonmarg and visit to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains throughout the year.
  Afternoon: Return to Srinagar
  After a day of exploration, head back to Srinagar in the evening. The scenic drive back offers a perfect opportunity to reflect on the natural beauty you've just experienced.

• We will not be responsible for any flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather or any other reason stated by the airline. In such cases, the cost for accommodation and transport will need to be borne by the passenger.
• Unused Services: No refund or compensation will be provided for any unused services, transport, or amenities under any circumstance.
• Room Allotment: Room allotment will be based on availability at the time of check in. Preferences for floor or view are not guaranteed.
• Food Menu: The food menu will be provided based on the availability of vegetables and will be served as either a buffet or fixed menu.
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the location specified.
• Additional Charges: Any additional taxes or fuel charges imposed by airlines, transport companies, or other authorities will be payable by the travelers.

• Identity Proof: Guests must carry valid identity proof, which may include: o PAN Card, Driving License, Office ID Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, or for children, School ID Card.
• Accommodation Confirmation: The names of hotels/camps mentioned are base don the rates used for the package, but accommodation is not confirmed until officially conveyed. In case the mentioned hotels are unavailable, we will arrange alternate accommodation of similar or higher standard, and any price difference will be charged to the client.
• Room Category: Our offer is based on the base category rooms in the mentioned hotels. If the base category is unavailable, we will try to book the next higher category room and inform you of any additional cost involved.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances. Any additional costs incurred due to such events will be borne by the traveler.
• Local Issues in Gulmarg: Due to restrictions from the horse owners’ association in Gulmarg, cars are not allowed to move within the area. We are not responsible for any dealings with local vendors, ponywalas, or local guides in Gulmarg.
• Shikara Ride: The Shikara ride included in the package is for 1 hour. If you wish to extend the ride or make any other modifications, additional charges may apply. ∙ Day-wise Sightseeing: Clients are advised to follow the itinerary strictly. On the last day, the ride will be considered as a drop only. If any sightseeing is done on the last day, it will be charged separately.
• Car Disposal: If the car is on disposal, it will be available from 9:00 AM to 5:30PM with one sightseeing stop.
• In case of an overnight stay in Gulmarg, the car will drop the client at the hotel.
• For a day trip, the car will drop the client at the parking area.
