Day 1 Arrival In Paro And Transfer To Thimphu

On your arrival at Paro Airport, meet our tour representative who assists you in further transfer to Thimphu, the Capital of Bhutan. This one and a half hour drive takes you to a culturally rich metropolis. Upon reaching Thimphu, you check in at a pre-booked hotel. The rest of the day is to be spent at leisure. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 2 Thimphu Full-day Sightseeing

Buddha DordenmaMemorial ChortenTashichho Dzong

After breakfast, explore the cultural and scenic attractions of Thimphu. Buddha Dordenma, the magnificent giant Buddha statue. National Memorial Chorten, an important religious landmark. Tashichho Dzong, the impressive fortress and government complex, subject to visitor access. Local handicraft markets for traditional souvenirs. Return to your hotel after a memorable day exploring the capital. Overnight: Thimphu

Day 3 Thimphu To Paro – Scenic Transfer

Rinpung Dzong

After breakfast, drive from Thimphu to Paro through beautiful mountain scenery and traditional Bhutanese villages. On arrival, check in to your hotel and explore Paro town at leisure. Enjoy the local cafés, traditional architecture and peaceful valley atmosphere. Overnight: Paro

Day 4 Paro Sightseeing – Rinpung Dzong

Rinpung Dzong

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Paro. Rinpung Dzong, a historic fortress-monastery overlooking the Paro Valley. Traditional covered bridge near the dzong, offering excellent photography opportunities. Paro town and local handicraft shops. Enjoy the traditional architecture, cultural heritage and spectacular views of the surrounding valley. Overnight: Paro

Day 5 Paro – Tiger's Nest Excursion Or Leisure Day

After breakfast, enjoy an optional excursion to the famous Paro Taktsang, also known as Tiger's Nest Monastery. The monastery is dramatically perched on a cliff overlooking the valley. The hike is moderately strenuous and can take several hours, depending on pace and conditions. Travellers who prefer a relaxed day can explore Paro town, enjoy local cafés or spend time at leisure. Day 6 Departure From Paro
