• We recommend that travel arrangements are made at the time of booking your accommodation with us.


• The check in time at all our villas is 2 pm. Early check in purely subjected to availability.


• Check out time is 11 am. Check out after 11am will attract additional charges.


• Pick up from Margoa Railway station will attract an additional charge depending on no of guest travelling. Breakfast is served only in the restaurant between 7.30am to 10.30pm.

Bookings made on the Non - Refundable rate plan once confirmed cannot be cancelled nor amended. No refunds will be made in case of no shows too.
Extra person (Above 12 years) @Rs. 2000 per night Extra Child (8 to 12 years) @ Rs.1000 per night A child below the age of 8 years is complimentary.
