Other Terms & Conditions :

Booking Confirmation Policy:

• For Booking Confirmation, Only 40%Of The Total  Package  Cost Must Deposited In Our Company’s Account. After Receiving The Payment,   We Will Process Your Booking Immediately And Issue The Confirmation Reciept. You Are Requested To Carry The Issued Documents Print-Out Copy With You In During The Trip. The Remaining 60% payment has to be paid 3 days prior to departure. 

Cancellation Policy:
If the Client is willing to amend or  cancel  his/her  booking  because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover  Cancellation  charges from the Client. All  cancellations  are to be communicated in written , a further charge will be levied as follows:-

For postpone of tour  packages  are to be communicated in written  and  need to be inform us at least 15 days prior of tour date.
·INR  20%/- will be charged extra for  Postpone of the tour
·30 days prior to departure of the tour 30% of total tour cost.
·30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
·14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 60% of total tour cost.
. If Booking Is Cancelled After Confirmation & Issuing The Confirmation Voucher. Then Rs.  2500  (Per Person) Cancellation Charges Applicable as Communication Service Fees.
