Package Overview

The White Range is part of a lesser Himalayan chain of mountains. It rises from the Indian plains to the north of Kangra and Mandi. The Dhauladhar range is also known as the Outer Himalayas or Lesser Himalayas. They begin from near Dalhousie at the northwest end of Himachal Pradesh and pass through the state to the vicinity of the bank of the Beas River in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. While they end near Badrinath in Garhwal, they lie almost entirely in Himachal Pradesh. They are distinctive in their typical dark granite rocky formations with a remarkably steep rise culminating in sharp streaks of snow and ice at the top of their crested peaks. This distinctive profile is best seen from the Kangra Valley from where they seem to shoot up almost vertically. The elevation of the Dhauladhar ranges varies from 3,500 m to nearly 6,000 m. From the banks of the Beas river in Kullu, the range curves towards the town of Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India. Then, running north, it passes through Bara Bhangal, joins the Pir Panjal range and moves into Chamba, Himachal Pradesh.

Arrival at Dharamshala

Dharamshala War Memorial

On arrival at the airport/station, a representative will meet and assist with transfer to hotel. Post check in bath and relax and then after go for a short tour around the region. Visit
State War Memorial,

Day 2

Mcleodganj

McleodganjBhagsunag Library of Tibetan Works and Archives

Post Breakfast Check-out from hotel and transfer to Mcleodganj by Skywalk and luggage will be transferred by Cab
Reach Mcleodganj and check-in to hotel before going exploring.
first we go Dalai Lama's Palace, Kalachakra temple and the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives.
post lunch we will visit Dal Lake, Tibetan Flags Temple, St. John's Church, Bhagsunag Temple, Bhagsunag Waterfalls and trek to Gallu Devi Temple.
In the evening, free for own - go to Mcleodganj Market. Comfortable overnight stay with Dinner

Day 3

Dalhousie

Dalhousie Hills

Early morning post breakfast / with Packaged Breakfast Drive to Dalhousie
Check in to the hotel and get settled in upon arrival.
Move for local sightseeing of Dalhousie - Panchpula, Baoli, Bara Pathar and the famous churches.
Return to the hotel by evening.
Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.

Day 4

Kajjiar Day Excursion

Khajjiar Hills

After breakfast, leave for Khajjiar.
Enjoy the scenic route.
Visit the popular Khajji Naga shrine dedicated to the serpent god from which the name is believed to have been derived.
Enjoy various activities conducted there.
Return to Dalhousie.
Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.

Amritsar

Amritsar Gate Wagah-attari Border Ceremony

Post Breakfast checkout from Hotel and Drive to Amritsar on arrival at Amritsar Check in to the hotel and get settled in upon arrival. Post Lunch move to Wagah Attari Boarder for Flag Ceremony, latter evening back to Hotel at Amritsar.

Amritsar Departure

Golden Temple

Post Breakfast checkout from Hotel and leave the luggage with Hotel. visit Golden temple and Lunch in Langar Hall. After the lunch Visit Jallianwala Bagh. evening Departure from Amritsar you will be dropped at Railway station or Airport.
