Day 1 : Arrive in Delhi
Arrive at Delhi. You will be met on arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station and escorted to the hotel. Delhi, the capital city of India lying along the River Yamuna, Seven cities have existed here since the 10th century, ruled over by a succession of Rajputs, Turks, Afghans, Mughals and the British. Delhi is two cities in one; the Old Delhi of the Mughals, created by Shah Jahan after moving his Capital from Agra in 1638 AD is still a medieval district of narrow lanes, forts, mosques and bazaars. The second, New Delhi, built by the British in 1911-1931 and characterized by Sir Edwin Lutyens' architecture, is a spacious and well-designed metropolis of broad avenues, grand imperial buildings and landscaped gardens. New Delhi is a green city with its tree lined avenues, parks and natural forest and one of the City's hidden delights is the picturesque Lodi Gardens set around Mughal tombs and it is home to a number of museums including the national Museum, the Museum of Modern art, the Museum of Natural History and the creative Arts and Crafts Museum where artisans can be seen at work. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 2 : Delhi - Sightseeing
Enjoy your breakfast, this morning at the hotel, and proceed to visit drive through South Delhi to visit Qutub Minar, which is a World Heritage site and one of the most historically monument in Delhi. Drive past the Bhai Temple, a serene marble structure of near perfect proportions. Later, visit one of the most inspirational monuments of Delhi's past the Humayun's Tomb. Drive onto Rajpath, a two mile long avenue originally the focal point of British India and now used for parades; lined with ornamental canals the views in both directions are imposing. Drive past India Gate, built to commemorate the Indian and British soldiers who died in World War I, Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhawan. Standing at the crest of Raisina Hill, Lutyen's 20th Century architectural masterpiece was built for the viceroy during British rule and is now the President's residence. Visit the Birla Mandir as it is popularly known which enshrines Lord Vishnu, situated at the heart of the city. Afterwards in Old Delhi previously known as Shahjahanabad, take a cycle rickshaw through the chaotic, noisy and bustling markets of Chandni Chowk, where trading continues in the maze of shops as it has done over the Centuries. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 3 : Delhi - Agra - Visit Taj Mahal
Enjoy your breakfast this morning at the hotel, check out and proceed and drive to Agra. Agra was the capital of the Mughals during the 16th and 17th centuries. The emperors Akbar, Jahangir and Shah Jahan governed their vast empires from here and as prolific builders; artisans from Persia, Central Asia and other parts of India were attracted by their patronage. The resulting luxurious palaces, tombs, forts and gardens dot the picturesque reverie region along the Yamuna River; three of which, the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Itmad ud Daula (baby Taj).
Check in at hotel and later proceed for your sightseeing tour which starts from Agra fort, situated on the west bank of the Yamuna River, this imposing red sandstone Fort was started in 1565 by Akbar. Wander through the lavishly decorated halls, courtyards and galleries discovering hidden pavilions and alcoves while getting a glimpse of the Taj Mahal at a distance. Later visit the Taj Mahal, the world's greatest monument to love and devotion. Built by the emperor Shah Jahan for his favorite wife Mumtaz, its perfect proportions and exquisite craftsmanship took 20,000 workers almost 22 years to complete in 1653 (Closed on Fridays). Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 4 : Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
Enjoy your breakfast this morning at the hotel, check out and proceed and drive to Jaipur en-route visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri: This deserted red sandstone city built by Emperor Akbar in 1571 AD in honor of the famous Sufi saint, Salim Chishti. The Mughal capital for only 14 years until abandoned due to lack of water, the buildings, blending Hindu and Islamic styles of architecture.
After sightseeing of Fatehpur Sikri drive to Jaipur; arrive Jaipur and transfer to hotel. Jaipur widely known as 'Pink City’. Jaipur is surrounded by hills on three sides, crowned by formidable forts and majestic palaces, mansions and gardens. Jaipur is the only city in the world, which is sub-divided in to nine rectangular sectors symbolizing nine divisions of universe. Jaipur is the first planned city designed in accordance with 'Shilpa Shastra'- epochal treatise of Hindu architecture. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 5 : Jaipur - Sightseeing
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel; later proceed for the excursion to Amber Fort, here you will enjoy the Elephant Ride to reach atop of the palace. (Subject to Availability and optional)This journey on embellished elephants is bound to enrich your memories with the Royal lifestyle of the Maharajas and leave you with a truly unforgettable experience. (Subject to availability Inside the Fort visit the Hall of Victory or Jag Mandir - is the famed Sheesh Mahal- a room with all the four walls and ceiling completely embedded with glittering mirror pieces, which were specially imported from Belgium during that period. Continue your journey: with the city tour of Jaipur- visiting Maharaja's City Palace, the former Royal residence, part of it converted into a museum. A small portion is still used by the Royal family of Jaipur. One of the major attractions in the museum is the portion known as Armoury Museum, housing an impressive array of weaponry-pistols, blunderbusses, flintlocks, swords, rifles and daggers. Later visit the Jantar Mantar, which is the largest stone and marble crafted observatory in the world, having 17 large instruments, many of them still in working condition. During the tour you will also have a brief photography stop at Hawa Mahal - the Palace of Winds. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 6 : Jaipur - Departure
After breakfast it’s time to check out. Transfer to the airport for your onward flight or back home.

A deposit of 50% of the Total Package cost is payable at time of reservation and the balance is payable not less than 07 days prior to Departure.
Confirmation will be in writing (only) upon receipt of the above deposit/tour cost. Tripadda Tours & Travels, reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which the total price has not been paid by due date, in which event the deposit will be forfeited according to the cancellation policy of the Company. Reservations will only be considered as ‘Confirmed Bookings’ when the deposit has been received and when the Company’s official booking is completed by the guest in full.

Trip Cancellation Policy
In the event that you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of the air and coach operator, hotel proprietor and any other principals involved. The Company reserves the right to claim all or a portion of the fares paid by the passenger who cancels reservations.

09 - 04 days prior to Departure: 50% of the Tour Cost

HOTEL BOOKING / CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
o Cancellation made within 7 days of the check in date are subjected to full retention of booking amount.
o Cancellation made within 15 days of check in date and more than 7 days of check in date will incur minimum 50% cancellation charges although NAT / Hotel reserves the right to retain 100% of the booking amount subjected to peak season.
o Cancellation made more than 15 days of check in date will incur minimum 20% cancellation charges although NAT / Hotel reserves the right to retain 100% of booking amount subjected to peak season.
o Cancellations are strictly subjected to the place, hotel and season for which booking is made. Some hotels might have non refundable policy during peak/festive season and special offers.
o All the bookings made for Hotels for Long Weekends, Special occasions and Festive season will be on 100% advance and non refundable. Due to the heavy traffic during this holiday period, no post pay at hotels would be accepted.
o Tripadda Tours & Travels reserves the right to include its own non refundable service charges of minimum INR 250 per room per night.
o A modification fee of INR 500 per request will apply if you wish to change or cancel any part of your booking which is applicable for any hotel bookings plus a difference in rates will be charged for changes to be made to the reservation subject to availability.
o All cancellation or modification must be informed to us directly via e-mail or fax with the NAT Booking Reference # mentioned in it. No mail or fax would be entertained without the NAT Booking Reference # mentioned in it. NAT will not be accountable for responding to any such requests.
o Cancellation or modification made directly at the hotel will not be entertained.
o All other amendments would be done as per the hotels policy on case to case basis.
o We take atleast 15-30 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled or modified. Kindly note that even if the refund is done from our end, your bank may not process it till your next billing cycle.
o The Standard check in time is 12.00 Noon & check out time is 12.00 Noon. However these timings may vary fromhotel to hotel.
o Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. However, few hotels follow a 24hrs check in and check out policy which would be informed to you at the time of the booking.
o Kid's tariff applies only to children up to 11 years of age. Children above 11 years are charged as adults.
o Kid's under 5 sharing an existing bed with their parents in the same room are normally not charged. Hotels will, however, levy a meal supplement charge for children and few hotels may charge for the stay as well which is subject to hotel policy.
o Meal plan definitions - EP-room only, CP-room with breakfast, MAP-room with breakfast, lunch/dinner, AP-room with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
o The booking price inclusions are as per the plan stated above.
o All other extra / incidental charges are to be settled directly by the customer with the Hotel.
TOUR BOOKING / CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
o 50 % advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation balance one week before tour Starts.
o All the mentioned rates are per person rates on twin sharing basis.
o In every package exclutions are what are strickly not in "Inclusions"
o For any tour / package booking minimum cancellation amount will be Rs 5000 per person
o Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to Rs. 6000 per person
o Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 25% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
o Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
o Cancellations made within 10 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention.
o Taxes not refundable.
o All the tour bookings made for Long Weekends, special occasions and Festive season will be on 100% advance and non refundable.
o A modification fee of minimum INR 1000 per request will apply if you wish to change or cancel any part of your booking which is applicable for all tours bookings plus a difference in rates will be charged for changes to be made to the reservation subject to availability.
o All tour cancellation or modification must be informed to us directly via e-mail or fax with the NAT Booking Reference # mentioned in it. No mail or fax would be entertained without the NAT Booking Reference # mentioned in it.
o Cancellation or modification made directly with any supplier/vendor/hotel in the tour package will not be entertained.
BUS BOOKING / CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
o Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the bus operator or NAT without prior notice.
o If there be any error on the booking / ticket; you need to report the same within 24 hours by sending an e-mail at email@example.com
o You are requested to contact at our customer support number for the date change and cancellation requests. We will assist you as per your requirements but still there might be few cases where you will be requested to contact the bus operators directly.
o NAT would be responsible for Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its’ network of bus operators.
o NAT would be responsible for Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.
o NAT would be responsible for Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience.
o NAT would not responsible for the bus operator’s bus not departing / reaching on time
o NAT would not responsible for the bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons
o NAT would not responsible for the baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged
o NAT would not responsible for the bus operator changing a customer’s seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child
o NAT would not responsible for the customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus)
o NAT would not responsible for the bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
o NAT would not responsible for the arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings, however the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
o Passengers require a copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail). Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card) at the time of boarding in Bus. Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
o Ticket cancellation charges More than 72 Hours of the Depature : 10 %, More tahn 48 Hours and Less than 72 Hours : 25 %, More than 24 Hours and Less than 48 Hours 50 %, Less than 24 Hours : No Refund
o We provides a 100% refund if the bus is missed due to either our Company fault. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reason, in that case there is no refund.
o Tickets can only be cancelled through our offices by obtaining the Cancellation Reference Number (which contains Date, Time and the Name of the Person who has done the cancellation for that particular booking)
Refund in Cash can be collected directly by the passenger himself from our main office at Manali. Otherwise the refund amount can be transferred to the party’s account through the online Banking facility.

It was very romantic tour of Agra. We enjoyed it. Hotel provided to us was average but good. There are lots of beautiful places in agra to see like tajmahal, Agra fort, Akbar tomb, fatehpur sikri. Tour was just good.
